Going to say it one more time because folks still aren’t getting it: The people haven’t won anything. Democrats winning elections doesn’t mean the people won. It means corporations, billionaires, and the Zionist war machine won because they own both parties. The people won’t win until we rise up against both parties and fight for a better system.

Trump's guaranteed veto gives the Democrats cover to vote for a progressive agenda knowing it will never be implemented.
If they can't pass that agenda even with the guaranteed veto, their allegiance to oligarchy will be proven beyond doubt.

Make no mistake, Angie Nixon losing is exactly what the Democratic leadership wanted. She preemptively told him that she would not play ball and so they considered her a threat. This is why the DSCC didn't put institutional power behind her and all the big Democratic names came out to support her at THE LAST MINUTE. ("Plausible deniability")
Now, I have my deep criticism with Nixon being too weak sauce on this system.
But make no mistake, this is why the Democratic party is trash because even a moderate like Nixon is "too far left" for them. Basically, working class issues are beyond the pale for the Democratic party leadership.
This is why people should look outside the duopoly to focus on policy instead of party AND organize outside of electoral politics as a main tool to fight this system.
The fact that Angie Nixon got this close without full-throated support from the DSCC and the Democratic leadership shows that working class Floridians really are on the side of issues that put our needs ahead of the Parasite Class.
Angie Nixon needs to run as an independent but will she be as successful next time? That remains to be seen. But keep an eye on Florida over the next couple of years.
