Wonderful to see a repeat of this today (even if Nov is a bit early for my taste) with @lemnsissay talking powerfully about his own experience of growing up in care and his important work with @tcdhackney + other orgs supporting care leavers at Christmas: bbc.co.uk/programmes/m001g56…

If you can afford a tenner or so, something off this list would go a long way to help young care leavers.

As I’ve now moved to Glasgow,I’m not involved this year in the #Hackney Christmas Dinner (for young people who have left the care system). The good news is you can support it wherever you are by buying something on the gift list!
If you want to #give this #Christmas look no further. We celebrate Xmas Day with young people who have recently left the #London care system. Help us fill their Xmas stockings with #gifts they need and deserve 🎁 #HackneyChristmasDinner
