Over 100 environmental leaders have signed an open letter denouncing Chevron’s support for Karen Bass and condemning Big Oil’s attempt to influence Los Angeles elections.
It’s no surprise that one of the biggest polluters in LA County is supporting my opponent. Every local environmental organization has endorsed my campaign. As mayor, I’ll focus on climate resilience and emergency preparedness, expand park space, plant 100,000 trees before the Olympics, ban oil drilling within City limits, reduce dependence on imported water, and improve air quality.

If the DSA expels Nithya as a member, will they then expel Hugo, Eunisses and Ysabel for voting for the largest LAPD funding increase in history and for endorsing someone for mayor who denies the genocide in Gaza?
Or nah?

REMINDER 📢
The California Post is NOT a credible source. The biased writer's LAST 12 articles are just attacking Nithya w/ spins/lies.
This same writer wrote about THIS PROGRAM in the past saying it was approved by MAYOR BASS & City Council. It's also part of Bass's budget.🤯

Mayor Bass has no answers for her failed record, so she resorts to baseless, personal attacks.
Angelenos deserve a mayor who spends more time fixing problems than trying to change the subject.

When we found fraud in the Mayor's homelessness program, we asked for more auditors and fraud, waste, & abuse investigators since we receive 800 fraud, waste, & abuse claims annually.
Unfortunately, we didn't get any.
We need a Mayor who will fund oversight.
Vote Nithya Raman!

An important reminder for those in the Palisades (and Altadena):
There are three months remaining in the statute-of-limitations for insurance claims.
Even if your house survived, you should get it tested. If toxins are found, California law requires your insurance company to pay for remediation.
A very Bob Blumenfield motion. He has a grand vision for "creating a dedicated immersive virtual elephant experience at the Los Angeles Zoo" in advance of the 2028 Olympic Games.

In a city of 3.9 million people, you shouldn’t need the mayor’s cell phone number to get help.
Did the residents of Boyle Heights have your number, Karen?

It’s not just 15,000 people that have been deported from Southern California – it’s 15,000 families that have been separated, livelihoods that have been destroyed, futures that have been put on hold.
The Trump administration’s kidnappings in our neighborhoods are unacceptable, and this abuse of power has to end.
Newly released immigration enforcement data from ICE shows a surge in deportations in California since the beginning of President Trump's second term. Nearly 15,000 people were arrested and deported between January 2025 and August 2026. abc7ne.ws/sEuYAl

This is a bizarre lie.
I will NOT be hiring George Gascón as Police Chief, which I told California Post prior to them publishing the story.
This rumor was created by the Police Union Super PAC, which is spending millions of dollars to re-elect Mayor Bass.

Here you go! Follow the money, LA!
(This doesn't include liability payouts)
Replying to @lacontroller
Kenneth, would you repost the graph you shared a few weeks ago about the LA City budget and where the city's money goes and how much goes where?

To my supporters on the fence in the LA Mayor's race:
Please vote for the one who will let me AUDIT and INVESTIGATE fraud, waste, & abuse.
The City spends $45 BILLION annually and the Mayor cut our budget to do audits and investigate fraud, waste, & abuse.
Vote Nithya Raman 🙏🏼
HALF-A-BILLION 🤯
Remember: Police liability payouts come out of the General Fund, NOT the police department's operating budget.
This is why other city services like street services, animal services, transportation, youth development, & audits got cut.
