Better data means faster discovery, which will accelerate American minerals production and close the global supply-chain gap. We applaud @SecretaryBurgum and @Interior for bringing a tech-forward approach to minerals resource identification. But discovery is just the beginning. We also need to actually mine and refine more of what we produce at home.
An American company deploying end-to-end autonomy across mining, refining, and capital project execution is part of the solution. That is what we're building at Mariana Minerals and how we'll continue to secure our nation's minerals supply chain.

We are excited to announce our $310 million Series B financing, led by Khosla Ventures, with continued support from Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Breakthrough Energy Ventures, and new participation from Greenoaks, Halo Fund, Pax Ventures, StepStone Group, BHP Ventures, Washington Harbour Partners, Greycroft, General Innovation Capital Partners, Mitsubishi Corporation, In-Q-Tel (IQT), and Earthshot Ventures.

On the same week that America turns 250 years old, the Mariana Minerals team is celebrating a critical milestone that moves the US one step closer to copper supply independence.
This week, Mariana Copper One began producing refined copper cathode from domestically-sourced copper scrap, successfully integrating stage 1 of copper scrap processing into our existing solvent extraction and electrowinning facility. This milestone marks the start of our aggressive ramp to 50ktpa of refined copper production at Copper One, from a mix of mined and scrap feedstocks.
A huge thanks to the Mariana team that made this possible, less than 2 months after restarting mining operations at Copper One!
The United States has always been at its best when it builds, and we're proud to be doing our part to help restore US industrial independence.
