What's up everyone, not sure how many people will see this but looking to get more involved in the ecom community on here. I've been running KOBEES, a lip balm brand I started in my college dorm room with a few hundred bucks. Ended up on Shark Tank and have grown it to mid 7 figures a year. We manufacture, pack, and ship everything in-house. I don't think lip balm alone is what's going to take us to the next level, so I've been spending a lot of time exploring new products, content strategies, and ways to grow. Mostly here to learn, share what we're working on, and connect with other people building cool stuff. Would love to hear from founders who've made the jump from 7 to 8 figures. What helped you get there, and from the outside looking in, what do you think might be holding KOBEES back? Open to any and all feedback.
