📢I am hiring for a Product Design Manager role @gitlab (fully remote) who will have a focus on our design system Pajamas, foundational experiences, integrations, and machine learning. These teams are ✨amazing✨! More details in thread 🧵boards.greenhouse.io/gitlab/…
The Product Design Manager for these teams will have a strong focus on cross-team communication and collaboration, given each of these areas has strong connections with existing teams that are focused on building GitLab. It's a role that has a large reach and even larger impact!
If this sounds exciting to you, check out the job description! boards.greenhouse.io/gitlab/…

When we say "shift left" for accessibility people naturally think "earlier."
Yes, earlier is important, but this isn't solely about timing.
It's about shifting accountability and responsibility to not rest with one role, and make it everyone's job.
