I caught this about a month ago @2024dion. I think the infrastructure of the hike and bike trail does a great job of framing downtown in a flattering way…and that’s likely why I’m so fond of it.

The new wishbone bridge the city installed at the far east end of the trail is really neat, if you have not seen it yet. There is a bunch of maddening things about Austin car transportation, but the bike infrastructure is sneaky useful and built out.

My first CD burner was incredibly finicky. It would burn half a cd and then stop, yielding the whole CD useless. I remember ruining an entire pack of CD’s trying to burn a mix cd for a girl who had absolutely no interest in me during freshman year of high school
