I waited five hours for a doctor to see me for five minutes at St James today. The wait is honestly one of the worst parts of the public healthcare system.

FYI: You can get a breast reduction in T&T through the public healthcare services. For free. You need a referral from your doctor to get into the public healthcare system. The waiting period is about two years. If you are in discomfort or pain you will qualify.

Submitted the final draft of my thesis today. The monkey is slowly detaching from my back 😂

This woman does not have an inside voice. Learn how to speak softly in public places nah (now I know all yuh business) And that’s saying a lot coming from a person whose voice naturally protects, loudly.

I’m making the final edits to my thesis tonight. Hoping I can finally get this monkey off my back once and for all.
