The A-League is in a dire state. The quality is the worse it’s ever been. NPL is genuinely way better than the product being put out right now. Literally no quality on that pitch the other night for the Sydney Derby.
Just want to talk about Cristian Volpato.
I’ve never seen an Australian player quite like him. Different gravy. Flair, technical ability, confidence, and always looking to make something happen.
His passion is insane too. First one to lift the lads after we conceded v Egypt.
I saw the @suitedbootedtv lads talking about how he doesn’t play like any other Aussie we’ve ever seen before and it’s so true.
Closest thing is Arzani at the 2018 WC.
I just hope he doesn’t get this freedom coached out of him because it is lovely to watch.
Bravo Cristian 👏
If you haven’t been to a World Cup before, do everything you can to get to one.
An incredible 3 weeks. Vancouver was the highlight - what a city, and what a result.
This one will hurt for a while. Egypt in the Round of 32 felt like a golden ticket.
2030, here we go. 🇦🇺💚💛
