Has it really been a year since my last actual real post? Well yes, just over.
Anyway, it's been a big year and 90% of it has been awesome. I got promoted, and a payrise.
And I have been in 4 different countries in the last six weeks. More of this for 2026 please.
After Mom died, I went down a journalling spiral hell hole. Everything I wrote about was how I failed her. It became my scary place - rather than a place of peace.
Then I started adding scraps, junk and photos. And now its a place where I feel a kind of peaceful creativeness.

Gave Momma a bloody good send off yesterday. She would have been laughing - and crying - with all of us. She’ll be annoyed she missed my brothers and I all together for the first time in 15 years - and that she didn’t get to enjoy these beautiful flowers #orphansoftwitter

It's bittersweet - the camaraderie, the intense challenges, the late-nights and early mornings. But also the anticipation of new projects and new adventures!
