@FedExHelpEU why is it so difficult to get help tracing my parcel? A delivery was supposed to be made yesterday and it was not it was marked as an attempted delivery but no attempt was made. No calling card left nothing. I was told a reattempt would be made today but nothing.

I’ve sat waiting for the delivery for two days. The worst thing is on the first attempt the courier was clearly lost as he called, with a poor command of English he was unable to understand the instructions given. He swore at me and hung up the phone. I just want my item.

Over the last 8 weeks, communities across London have come together with their local policing team to help launch our New Met for London plan. We held 32 borough events with local communities, businesses and councillors and discussed the issues that matter to them the most.

@IKEAUKSupport it’s not right that once you’ve taken a customers online payment you wash your hands off them. You need to vet who you have as a trusted delivery partner. Waited for DPD to send my items, the driver got out his van took a picture of my security gate and drove off

My dealings were with you not DPD. I was home I never missed my delivery DPD have been disingenuous and lied not realising we have CCTV on the property that backs up my claim. I would like for someone to look into

@ASOS what’s the point of having a customer support automated chat service if it just sends you round in circles without a resolution. My parcel has gone missing. Your app says it’s been delivered to a safe space,Evri app says not delivered. I’m home at no point was delivery made

Waited all day for the delivery. Should have been made on Sunday, driver claims no one was at home yet again that was not the case. No attempt made to gain access to block of flats. It was Sunday everyone was at home! Either my parcel has been stolen or Evri is fudging its

Records and claiming to have made deliveries when they haven’t. If Evri has left my parcel somewhere it goes against instructions I’ve left. ASOS where is my delivery?

Item was in fact more and that she was entitled to display the item at the incorrect price until the label she ordered was printed. This may not be illegal under pricing rules but surly unethical and dishonest to your loyal customers? If there is no label don’t display the item,

Don’t confuse and cheat customers because you need to hit sales targets and train your managers better in customer service.
