KATIE BLAND, 32, HALIFAX
Katie Bland, jailed for robbing her elderly boyfriend on a bus, has been released after serving just a fraction of her 27-month sentence.
Bland attacked her partner, who was in his 70s, kicking him and grabbing his coat while demanding money. When a female passenger tried to intervene, Bland threatened to "knock her jaw off".
She then stole the vulnerable pensioner's bank card and withdrew £40.
Bland admitted robbery, assault by beating, fraud and blackmail at Bradford Crown Court.
Her victim told the court he was left so distressed that he had reached the point of wanting to give up on life.
She was also already subject to a suspended sentence for another robbery when she was jailed.
Now, after reportedly serving just one-third of her sentence, Bland is back out and is said to be living in Halifax.

That green liquid is almost certainly an industrial acid pickling bath, typically hydrochloric acid (HCl, often 10-15%) sometimes heated. It rapidly dissolves iron oxide (rust) into soluble iron salts, which is why the bath turns brown/muddy. Sulfuric or phosphoric acids are also used industrially for the same purpose. These are aggressive chemicals requiring proper PPE, ventilation, and neutralization. Safer slower options exist like chelating agents (Evapo-Rust), but they don't act this fast.

Nope, that’s not how taxes and price works. The price is determined by demand and supply.
Companies charge the highest price they can given demand. A tax levied on *profits* does not affect a company’s cost ie supply.
Taxes on *windfall* profits (like oil and gas) are the most efficient kind of tax there is.
