Huge Aqua Voice update! I am 230,000+ words in. Great to see them shipping. The pet experience is cute but the other updates are where it really shines.
Imagine when we'll be able to "vibecode" bespoke tactile hardlight interfaces on the fly.
That's a future I'm here for.

Ex. Do you want there to be a blanket reality that large corporations are evil? Is that the world you want to live within?

A laser triggered the drop the instant the tires started to roll. We hung it at exactly the car's 0-60 time at the time of 1 second.

I was in an accident.. got rear ended buy a large truck while I was sitting at a light in my Model Y. He was going 50mph. My car tried to get out of the way on its own…. it drove forward and turned to avoid.. he was just going too fast. My Y saved my ass buy avoiding the car in front so we didnt have a double impact and reduced the impact by moving forwa. I hade zero injuries and walked away. I will be replacing the car with another Tesla. The car actively tried to save me and reduced the impact to my body. Just awesome…

Over the past three weeks, I visited family, officiated my sister’s wedding & met my girlfriend’s parents for the first time. All while continuing to do my job.
My career & finances are back in a place I feel good about. There’s stability, freedom & room to grow in work that actually uses what I’m good at.
That balance means a lot to me.
Getting here started with a bet on myself back in April.
My best friend & I were building our own company. We made a lot of stuff. It just wasn’t clicking the way we wanted it to.
What made Luke stand out was that he laid out his entire playbook for free. A long-form resource that turned out to be everything I’d been looking for.
So much of what was on X felt like filler, candy & shiny objects.
This was real playbooks, workflows, processes & strategies that actually fucking work.
Putting them into practice brought progress, including my first discovery call with an enterprise client.
Around the same time, Luke was hiring Member Success Coaches.
Something clicked.
Previous roles had given me the chance to work alongside great friends like Sophie Short, Valentin Séchaud, Trey Parker, DJ Usmany & Bastiaan Slot. That experience had shown me how much good coaching & support could do for people.
Here was a chance to bring those skills into a world I wanted to be part of.
Since joining, the story behind the community has made that decision make even more sense. Luke has been doing this work for four years. People kept asking him to teach it because so much of what was being shared hadn’t been proven.
The substance that got my attention in his free playbook was there in the work, too.
We’ve grown from a handful of people to over 100 operators. People are finding success, and the community keeps growing.
Now we get to build the next chapter.
Something that helps people find their place & keep growing their capabilities as we move into this exciting, uncertain world of AI.

This is a facilitation role. If you like working with people and helping them win, you'll fit right in. You don't need to be an AI or agency sales expert.
Your job is to be every member's go-to support. You make sure they know where everything is, which SME coach handles what topic, and where their questions should go, while holding them accountable to their goals through monthly 1-on-1s and our KPI tracker.
What you'd do:
1. Greet and onboard new members to your roster
2. Run monthly 1-on-1s with a roster of up to 40 members
3. Update their KPIs and action plans after every monthly call
4. Hold members accountable to their goals
5. Reply fast in Slack and keep the member journey moving
6. Route expert questions to the right SME coach
You'll get comprehensive training from our Head of Member Success on all of our processes and playbooks, and we'll be right next to you as you ramp up. You'll learn a ton just from that.
Previous agency experience is a big plus.
OTE $5K/mo fully ramped, plus performance incentives.

Sometimes I struggle so much with where I put my attention when there's so much info coming at me.
The brain has the thalamus to filter endless data and kept the lions state of it from conscious awareness most of the time.
