What a joke @Qantas! My partner and I are traveling together to Thailand, you are using a Finnair plane & not giving us seats together. I can’t select my seats, your staff can’t select them either. And you have changed my return flight seats. Honestly awful #customerexperience

Well, this was bound to happen. I’m still surprised that’s it’s a merger with @PGATOUR and not a take over by @livgolf_league.

As ChatGPT becomes a shiny new toy that everyone wants, it has quickly revealed it’s dark side. Some countries are calling for bans due to lack of regulation and controls. @CastlepointSys2 CEO Rachael Greaves shares her views in @CyberSecInt on #ChatGPT and #security concerns.

89 school shootings in 2023 in US. It’s not even the end of March!! That’s a lot of ‘thoughts and prayers’ and not a lot of action. Glad I live in #Australia. At least I knew my kids would be home everyday rather than praying they’d get home

Why is @LiberalNSW sending me emails AND letters saying the same thing? This is 2023…. you can just send an email and save the #environment perhaps. Just saying. #auspoI
Proud of this #woman who has shown the world that anything is possible with peace and kindness. You don’t have to be a victim of your environment, but build one that represents your purpose. @Malala #Peace #kindness #womenpower
Considering I do not have an ING account, this is clearly a mass #scam text. I hope anyone receiving this or any such texts is not clicking any links. #Cybersecurity #phishing @ING_Aust
Bought @Samsung’s new and first #OLED S95B TV in Oct from @JBHiFi. Was happy until it died 3 weeks ago. Samsung support took 2 weeks to send technicians to tell me it needs replacement. No one followed up! Called JB Hi-Fi - they replaced it in a week. #CustomerService matters.
In #advertising and #marketing messaging less is more.
I loved this billboard right above the @BaileyNelson_CA shop in Hobart.
There is no place in our world for sexist and misogynistic headlines like this. @BBCWorld take a good look at yourself. Would you publish this if a male PM resigned? Stop minimizing #women.

#MarketingStrategy is a skill that takes years to master. It is a perfect balance of science, art and innovation. It’s not just about putting on some events, sending some emails and keeping fingers crossed. I have the utmost respect for those who truly understand it’s value.
So ATARs are out and feeling like I’ve now accomplished the long climb to Mt Everest after my son announced his results to me this morning. Year 12 done and dusted for the last time. Congratulations to every parent!!
LinkedIn feed is filled with people being laid off just before Christmas. I cannot imagine what they would be going through. My heart goes out to them and I sincerely hope they get snapped up soon. Constantly grateful for all my blessings!
