nobody is too done out for Christ, everybody is eligible to give their life to Christ. People can judge or talk but in the eyes of the Lord you are eligible to give your life to Him. If you were looking for a sign this is your sign.

You know what wrecked me when I was newly Christian?
Genesis 22. For years as a Muslim, I was told the story was about Ishmael.
Then I actually read it. I think the bigger topic isn't Isaac or Ishmael.
It's this: Why would God ask Abraham to sacrifice his son in the first place? What kind of God does that?
The answer hit me like a freight train, because it shattered my Muslim worldview. God wasn't being cruel, He was painting a picture.
Abraham never goes through with sacrificaing Isaac. God stops him, then God provides a ram in his place. That action is not just a test or an isolated story: That's prophetic. It's a blueprint.
The blueprint goes: A father. A son. A sacrifice. A substitute.
You see where I am going with this.
Genesis 22 is actually the heartbeat of the Gospel. God was foreshadowing the day when He Himself would provide the sacrifice. Not for one man. Not only for one family.
But for the whole world. Of course, salvation wasn't earned by Abraham's performance. It came through God's provision.
You can recieve this substitute and gift. Here's what made me stop and think: The Quran retells the story of Genesis 22, but removes the name of the son. Why?
Because once you start following the thread through Genesis, the prophets, and the covenant promises, you eventually have to wrestle with the Lamb that comes later.
You have to wrestle with Jesus. The perfect sacrifice that every previous sacrifice pointed toward.
And that's when I realized: The story was never ultimately about Abraham. It was always about what God was going to do for us.
And there's nothing we can do to earn His approval! We can only receive the sacrifice He already provided.
There is one Lord Jesus Christ,
the Only Begotten Son of God,
born of the Father before all ages.
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father;
For our sake He was crucified under Pontius Pilate,
He suffered death and was buried,
and rose again on the third day
in accordance with the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.

Reverend Ezekiel Dachomo cries as he has to bury another 7 Nigerian Christians murdered by Islamist Fulani militias.
International mainstream media wasn’t there for the funeral. Again…
If you have Christ, you ought to be an eternal optimist. Because you have a true and living hope. The Christian’s position is always that glory lies ahead. And there is nothing about our present circumstances that can diminish or reverse that great inheritance that awaits us.

Secular culture mocks Christian morality. Monogamy is viewed as prudish. Abstinence is for losers. Sobriety is boring. Meanwhile, the children of secular culture are having threesomes in college and snorting ketamine off each other's genitals. Now they're debating about whether one can consent to a threesome, but not an orgy, depending on when the drugs kicked in. This is the consequence of immorality; chaos, trauma, and degradation.
The greatest expression of our Christian faith is love, shown, not just spoken. This love lived out speaks louder than any word we could say. If we walk in signs and wonders but lack love, what is it that sets us apart from witchcraft?
But make no mistake, love isn't always comfortable. The love that truly comes from on high will sometimes offend. The love of God will press hard against our flesh, not to wound us, but because He's fighting for our souls.
