He was ALREADY FOUND GUILTY, this is for DAMAGES. When you get in a car crash, there is a judgement of liability. You are liable or not. Once you are found liable (ie Trump FOUND GUILTY 1st trial), THEN DAMAGES ARE DETERMINED (this trial). You cannot undo the car crash. Get it?
