Turn the page gently and be intentional about what you carry forward.
Happy new year, Spacers! Welcome to 2026! I wish you a beautiful year!π
You can have a valid point and still decide that the conversation isn't worth having.
Happy new week. π
Not everyone who loves you knows how to love you well. Love is important, but so are emotional awareness, communication, accountability, and the willingness to learn how to treat another person better.
Think back to a time when you struggled with something you're better at handling now. Write it down. Acknowledge the effort it took to get here, and give yourself credit for the progress you've made.
You don't have to be where you want to be yet to appreciate how far you've come
A person shouldn't have to be at their breaking point before you treat their struggles with compassion. Why do we wait until someone's pain becomes undeniable before we believe them or lend them our ears?
Growing up is realising that some of the things you were praised for as a child were actually coping mechanisms you developed because you didn't know how else to survive.
When something good happens, let yourself enjoy it without waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Give yourself one chance this week to believe that something good can happen to you, and let yourself experience it without talking yourself out of it. Alright?π

Here me out:
You can understand why someone hurt you and still decide they no longer deserve access to you. Understanding someone's behaviour doesn't automatically make it acceptable.π
One of the loneliest experiences is being surrounded by people who know what you do, what you like, and what you're working towards, but have no idea what you're going through.
You don't have to pretend you're okay when you're not. Take your time to heal, but please, don't give up on the possibility of things getting better and of you getting better.π

Making people feel ashamed of their vulnerability is one of the reasons so many struggle in silence. We tell people it's okay to ask for help, then make them regret it when they finally do. We cannot keep preaching openness in a society that punishes people for opening up.
Sometimes, what we call emotional maturity is just a person who has learnt to suffer quietly enough not to inconvenience anyone. π€

if youβre talking to a woman every single day, checking on her morning and night, sharing personal conversations, and creating a routine where she starts expecting to hear from you, understand that emotional attachment can naturally develop.
she might have told herself she wouldnβt catch feelings. she might have approached the connection with no expectations. but when someone consistently gives you their time, attention, and affection, itβs understandable that those interactions could begin to mean something to them.
thatβs why you need to be honest about your intentions before creating a level of closeness you arenβt prepared to maintain. if youβre only looking for something casual, communicate that. if youβre unsure about what you want, donβt pretend youβre ready for commitment just to keep someone interested.
you cannot control whether someone develops feelings, but you can take responsibility for how honestly you treat them.
donβt build a daily emotional connection with someone, encourage them to trust you, and then disappear without explanation when you get bored or decide you no longer want to continue.
you donβt owe anyone a relationship simply because theyβve developed feelings for you. but you do owe people honesty, respect, and basic consideration. never make someone feel secure in a connection you already know you have no intention of maintaining.
You're allowed to try again with the lessons you have now. You're allowed to be a beginner more than once.
Your first attempt doesn't have to be your final story. Give yourself another chance. π

βI'm here for you.β But what does that actually mean?
Listen.
Check in again.
Respect privacy.
Ask what they need.
Encourage appropriate support.
Know your limits.
Support isn't always fixing. Sometimes it's helping someone feel less alone.

βI would kill for you.β βI would die for you.β
Yeah, well, I would heal for you. Iβd unlearn my toxic patterns, face my wounds, and become a healthier person so my love doesnβt hurt you.
