100%—charging anything for paper transcripts creates unnecessary financial hurdles that'll push some students to choose digital options they don't want.
$2...$5...might seem "small" to a business office, but to many, those dollars are critically needed and do make a difference
we are here for the students. They should be at the heart of everything we do, not charging $2 for a paper transcript #WCET2021
