I don’t have problem with “not official” part, people made fan goods every fucking year and that’s fine. The only problem i have is that these guys don’t even come up with their own idea for it, and nothing’s wrong with using other people arts for reference, but they should always ASK for PERMISSION and COMPENSATE the artist! for ymir sake 🤦

“that's what an artist should expect” ???? Do i need to expect that my work will be stolen and make into figure without my consent? Is that what you mean? I’m familiar with animation and art toy industry for years. Any DECENT people who made figures and art toy will always ask for permission from the artist FIRST, and if the artists would ALLOW, they will get compensated from art toy studio for using their arts. Not like this, this is hurting both the artists and the industry. This is called THEF. They are selling it with such a high price it cost your kidney, thinking that people will blindly paid for it without second thoughts. They are making dough off your love for these characters and YOU SAID i should expect it? If you want to pay for it that bad I can’t stop you, just keep in mind that you are funding thieves, these are made from stolen goods, just keep that in mind when you pay your hard earn money for it.

I have already sent an email to KODANSHA, the copyright holder, regarding the figures and am waiting for their response. OrzGK has suspended sales and seems to be gradually removing promotional posts about these figures in response to my request. However, Hertz Studio, as well as the main distributor FNC, have not yet contacted me.
