First, thank you, everyone, for all those likes, comments, questions... Let me explain what I will do with my account. 👇
🔹As you can see, I switched from talking about multiple conflicts to mainly following one, Ukraine. This one is the most important and requires an enormous amount of time to follow.
🔹This does not mean I stopped following Sudan, Mali, Congo, Ethiopia, Middle East or Myanmar; I just lack time to talk about it. I will try to share as often as possible news about other conflicts.
🔹My coverage has been 60% in English and 40% in French. Why? Part of the French can read English, or the automated translation is helping. On the other side, many can't read French. I will continue to do half and half.
➡️I will use French to talk about wars in Africa, geopolitics, and overall situations in Ukraine and English for precise and detailed analysis.
➡️I will continue to work on multiple data collections on the war in Ukraine, but I clearly lack time. I will still check frontline, airstrikes, fortifications, and Russian long range strikes. For now, I lack time to precisely follow Ukrainian mid-/long-range strikes. Remember this takes a lot of time and is unpaid (and then stolen by hundreds of aggregator accounts like my latest map update).

A new successful Flamingo strike against Russian industry took place last night. This comes after multiple failed volleys over the past month.
FP-5 “Flamingo” missiles struck the Volgogradpromproekt plant overnight. Preliminary reports indicate that several missiles hit the plant’s main production building. We are awaiting satellite imagery.
Volgogradpromproekt is under U.S. sanctions for supporting Russia’s military-industrial complex. The company produces ferrocene-based combustion catalysts and develops technologies for the production of chemical substances.

Unmanned Ground Vehicles are TRASH. They are slow, get jammed and bombed all the time.
So why do #Rubizh and other Ukrainian units constantly make fundraisers for them? Are we stupid?
To understand why UGVs are in some much demand, imagine yourself as an officer in Ukrainian army. You've got a task - evacuate a wounded soldier in the killzone. Killzone will be under near CONSTANT monitoring of Russian drone pilots who are just salivating to kill you. This task leaves you with two choices:
Send a few soldiers to evacuate your wounded guy.
Or send a UGV.
UGVs are notoriously unreliable, but so are humans. And given that the risks in the killzone are the same for both robots and humans, it makes a lot more sense to risk robots rather then your guys. Better lose a bunch of UGVs than one soldier.
It takes a few weeks to make a UGV from scratch. It takes 25+ years to make a fit soldier from scratch.
Ground Robotics Systems ain't no panacea(
It's useful, but certainly is no substitute to boots on the ground.

Merkel sagt bis heute nicht, dass sie die Ukraine hätte aufrüsten müssen, um die russische Invasion tatsächlich abschrecken zu können.
Sie sagt stattdessen, Minsk habe der Ukraine sieben Jahre Zeit gegeben.
Das erinnert an Chamberlain: München 1938 verschaffte Großbritannien fast ein Jahr. Diese Zeit nutzte er zur Aufrüstung Großbritanniens.
Merkel nutzte diese Zeit weder für die Aufrüstung der Ukraine, noch für die Aufrüsting Deutschlands.
Ihr Erbe bleibt ein Trümmerhaufen. Und historisch dürfte es noch deutlich härter bewertet werden als heute.
