A U.S. congressman wants to change how we legally “own” video games. Rep. Ritchie Torres has announced plans to introduce the Power To The Players Act, a bill that would direct the FTC to create rules protecting consumers who buy video games. The proposal would give players three basic rights: >The right to own the games they purchase, rather than simply receiving a revocable license >The right to keep playing games after online servers are shut down, through an offline mode >The right to transfer or resell games they own Torres argues that if a company can take a game away simply by shutting down its servers, then the consumer didn’t really buy the game in the first place. Torres also hopes the legislation could eventually establish a precedent for ownership rights across other parts of the digital economy: “If you pay for it, you own it.”

Was halten meine deutschen Freunde davon?
No, Germans don’t hate the French, and no, the French don’t hate Germans. No, France isn’t going bankrupt, and Germans won’t be paying French pensions. No, France isn’t going to drop a nuclear bomb on Germany, and Germany isn’t going to invade Alsace-Lorraine. A 2024 IFOP poll found that 75% of French people see Germany as a reliable ally, while a 2025 More in Common survey found that 74% of Germans see France as a trustworthy ally. Our two peoples respect and trust each other. Don’t let politicians or a handful of social media influencers spread hatred and divide us.

🚨 BREAKING: Andrej Karpathy said someone should build this. 48 hours later it appeared on GitHub. For free. It's called Graphify. Bookmark it for later. Karpathy keeps a /raw folder where he drops papers, tweets, screenshots, and notes. He called for a real product to turn that chaos into structured knowledge. Someone answered. One command. Any folder. Full knowledge graph. /graphify ./raw What comes out: → An interactive knowledge graph you can click, search, and filter by community → A plain-language report with god nodes, surprising connections, and suggested questions → An Obsidian vault with backlinked articles (opt-in) → A wiki starting at index.md that any agent can navigate The number that matters: 71.5x fewer tokens per query vs reading raw files. On a mixed corpus of repos, papers, and images, average query cost dropped from ~123K tokens to ~1.7K. That is not optimization. That is a different paradigm for how AI reasons over large codebases. Fully multimodal. Code in 19 languages via tree-sitter AST. PDFs. Images via Claude Vision. Screenshots, diagrams, whiteboard photos. Everything goes into one graph. No vector database. No embeddings. Leiden community detection finds clusters by edge density. The graph topology is the similarity signal. Auto-syncs as your codebase changes. Git hooks rebuild the graph after every commit and branch switch. SHA256 cache means re-runs only process changed files. Works with Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, OpenClaw, and Factory Droid. pip install graphify && graphify install MIT License. 100% Opensource. (Link in the comments)

NVIDIA just made all the spare AI compute in your house useful. Install PAIR on your PCs and Macs, and local AI agents can automatically send each inference job to whichever machine has capacity. NVIDIA Personal AI Router (PAIR) is a local inference router that lets multiple computers on the same network behave like a small shared serving pool for independent AI requests. It discovers participating machines, tracks which supported engines and models are available, exposes Ollama-compatible and OpenAI-compatible endpoints, and routes each incoming request to a single eligible node based on availability and current load. Today its scheduler mainly combines queued work with a coarse, smoothed GPU-utilization signal and prefers nodes already known to have the requested model. PAIR does not combine GPU memory, shard one model across machines, or split a single inference request between devices, it distributes separate requests across the cluster, which makes it more useful for concurrent local workloads such as multi-agent systems than for running one oversized model. Nodes can mix Windows, Linux, and macOS, with Ollama and LM Studio as the currently supported inference engines. If the clients, models, engines, and nodes are all local, prompts and responses can remain on the local network. instead of choosing one "AI machine" in your home or lab, expose several machines behind one local endpoint and let the router decide where each inference job should run Here's the GitHub Repo: github.com/NVIDIA/Personal-A…
