Hello, friends! We’re back from our little hibernation period with an announcement: we’re leaving social media. (At least for now!)
Today’s the day! Thank you so so much for all of your support on this platform over the years. We’ve enjoyed meeting you and connecting with you in this space, and we hope to keep it going in our Discord and in your inbox!
We’re signing off. Take care! 💕
Editor Jessie is @JessieSwanUlmer. Follow for frankly incredible selfies, plus news about their chapbook Bewildered!
Editor Kay is trying very hard to not be on Twitter at all anymore, but if you'd like to see their poetry & indie game portfolio, you can check out earthlybody.studio!

Congratulations to Lareina Abbott (Prairie Witch Anthology), @suzannejohnston (@augurmag), & @seajaylav (@swordandkettle ) - the finalists for the 2023 Howard O'Hagan Award for Short Story!
Supported by @alexwriters!
Before we go, we do want to share a (very belated) piece of news! Back in the fall, we nominated these eight incredible writers for the 2022 Best of the Net awards for their wonderful work in Corvid Queen.
Thank you so much to David, Jasmine, Katerina, Mandy, Natalie, Oormila, Pete, and Zara for trusting us with your words ✨
If you want to take a moment to read the nominated pieces, you can find them at corvidqueen.com!
We also hope to get started on some new projects! We are so excited to announce that we’re a recipient of a Massachusetts Cultural Recovery Grant. Some of those grant funds are helping us print New Cosmologies, but some of them will be set aside for future opportunities.
The best way to find out what we’re up to is to sign up for our email newsletter. We can’t wait to share more ideas with you!

I have a thing about Little Red Riding Hood. This tale was the subject of my first fairy tale poem, the first professionally published, and many others. I'm delighted that "Her Inside," my latest LRRH poem, will be forthcoming on Corvid Queen from @swordandkettle!

Good start of April, got an acceptance from @swordandkettle for my story 'River Home' for their Corvid Queen website, so keep an eye out for that👀
ICYMI, we’re leaving Twitter!
We’re returning to that classic communication method: email newsletters. Sign up to get our April Circular in your inbox tomorrow!

We’ll be signing off on April 6, and the best way to keep in touch with us is via email! We’ll continue to send our regular monthly newsletter, and we’re adding two new biweekly dispatches: one with new Corvid Queen pieces, and one for free Patreon posts.
You can sign up for any or all of these newsletters right here!
