Switchboard is here to provide support and information for all aspects of sexual health within the LGBTQIA+ community.
We're available 365 days a year from 10am-10pm, via phone, chat or email— wherever you feel most comfortable.
Sometimes we just need to talk to someone who "gets it". At Switchboard, all our volunteers identify as LGBTQIA+ and know how difficult navigating some of that can be.

The NHS provides free, confidential STI testing to detect any potential infections and prevent you from passing them on to others.
ALT The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has published recent findings that show syphilis cases are increasing (up 9.4%) and there’s a concerning rise in antibiotic-resistant gonorrhoea infections in England.What can you be doing to prevent STIs? Use condoms! Get tested regularly!
If you have questions about safer sex practices, STIs, how to find your local sexual health clinic or need mental health support, our volunteers, who all identify as LGBTQIA+, are trained to provide a confidential and non-judgmental listening service for our community.
