Getting SAT is middle out loading/ stretching to get a top/ hands down launch to produce a reactive ground up unloading of the body. #nocoiling#nopresetscap #nocounterrotating

Hold the bat with the hands. Move the hands with the arms direction to deliver the barrel. (Right) Don’t release the barrel at launch with the hands.

Why @AROD thought to swing down & have his barrel above his hands and was right?!? Listen to Eugene explain why and the drill Sadaharu Oh did to achieve the perfect swing like ARod talks about 🗣️ Plus he’s talking about feel vs real?!?🤔😉 #the108way

“I gave baseball to the Lord." Jeff Mincey was one of the first players to ever wear a Liberty Baseball uniform, and he helped lay the foundation for what we see today.

New training bats, Axis Bats! The thin barrel bats work w/ regular balls. Same with the AXcelrator bats that are heavy evenly distributed bats that reinforce a loading barrel as the hands are unloaded. Use both in regular bp with real baseballs and softballs.

Just hold the handle and swing the arm towards the ball.

J.D. Martinez has always been relentless about his PATH. Watch the top hand—tight turn, clean direction, barrel working through the middle. Elite hitters don’t get bored with the details. They OWN them. #CORE5 #HolisticHitting

Two big, two-out hits to see here, Emily Popilek (#9 RHP/1B Jacobs HS 2028) first doubles to the RCF gap to go head by 1 run; Harper Wright (#6 C/1B/OF Crystal Lake Central 2028) then singles sharply up the middle to make it a 2-run lead, 7/10/26.

This hitters!!! The hands have to roll over into extension out into fair territory. Stop staying palm up beyond extension. Thats pulling you off the balls path.

Excellent hands and feet and the reactions are very instinctual. Also a strong arm with accuracy through the target.
