SVVEA and the district have selected Ben Aisenberg as the fact finder. Fact finding is scheduled to begin the week of Oct 12.
SVVEA has prevailed in our class action grievance regarding frozen salaries as a result of bargaining. Solidarity and Collaboration work!

SVVEA will be meeting with the Board's outside counsel to discuss the selection of a fact finder today at 1pm.
