The rest of the tech industry could learn a lot from the gaming industry when it comes to genuinely inclusive design.
I just lost a first to five in the #MortalKombat1Beta to someone who seems to be a legitimately blind gamer (a curious handle led me to a YouTube page where it's his thing).
So yeah I guess this game is pretty accessible.

Reading guidance for doing user research with “older adults - 65+” (very slightly older than me).
The writer entirely defines us in terms of our age-related disabilities.
Absolutely no hint that older people might have different life experiences and interesting perspectives.
