Incredible act of bravery by Loek Hartog during the race 馃檹馃徏
Ollie Millroy delivers an emotional message to thank Loek Hartog for saving his life yesterday in Shanghai, China.
"I am still alive tonight, entirely thanks to one man; Loek Hartog stopped instantly with no flag marshalls or fire crews in sight, and risked his own life to get me out of the car.
"I don鈥檛 remember anything between 30 seconds before the crash and 1 hour after it, but I will remember his incredible act of bravery for the rest of my life. One day I will tell our three kids this story and Loek will be the biggest superhero in history in their eyes too."
"I鈥檓 laying here tonight with 5 broken ribs, broken collar bone, broken hand and finger and a bruised lung, but it could have been much worse. Thank you Loek. I owe you my life for your selfless act today."

I'm sorry we never got a chance to meet, but getting this note from Dolly really had a an impact on me. She definitely didn't have to take the time to do it. Even for a kid who mostly listened to rap music, she was an icon. A superstar in every sense. Rest easy Dolly. And thank you for the kind words.
Dolly was a female pocket rocket so full of talent and personality and loved and adored worldwide. A heart full of love and kindness but wouldn鈥檛 suffer fools and stood up for herself. We will always love you Dolly 馃挅馃檹馃徏馃x #ripDollyParton

Toto Wolff on seeing Kimi Antonelli, George Russell, Lewis Hamilton, and Peter Bonnington on the podium at the Chinese Grand Prix:
"You know, looking at the podium with the three of them up there and, and Bono, the race engineer of Lewis and Kimi, that's probably one of the best moments I've had in Formula 1, to be honest."

Nottingham Forest has donated 拢10,000 to Stephen Crean鈥檚 Just Giving Page at the request of Evangelos Marinakis.
As well as a complimentary Season ticket for next season, the club have invited him to fly with the squad on a private charter to a Europa League fixture, to stay at the team hotel and watch the game with the Forest delegation in the directors box.
Club putting their money where their mouth is and backing their own during such a horrific time.

It鈥檚 now 27 years since I was made redundant and given a few grand. I decided that if I was careful, I could live off the money for 6 months trying to become a comedian before I had to get another job. I was 37. Worth a punt.

Saddened to hear about Dickie Bird鈥檚 demise. His presence on the field made the game richer, and he umpired with fairness, grace, and humour.
One of the most endearing umpires the game has seen. I remember him fondly from my days with Yorkshire. Condolences to his family, friends, and all those who admired him.
Wow a huge congratulations @Lionesses that was showing a true lionheart belief and strength right to the end!! It鈥檚 coming home!! 鈿斤笍馃彺鬆仹鬆仮鬆仴鬆伄鬆仹鬆伩馃憦馃徏馃憦馃徏馃憦馃徏 #Lionessess #Euro2025
