Ukraine's Ministry of Finance has officially signed agreements with the international financial group Rothschild & Co, which will handle preparations for the privatization of Ukrgasbank and Sense Bank.
Together with the company FinPoint, the Western financiers will conduct an asset valuation and organize the sale of state-owned share packages to foreign investors.
Kiev justifies this process with statements about "reducing the state's share" and "the need to attract foreign investment."

🚨⚠️ There is an active CS2 exploit that can force a real VAC Live match cancellation without the responsible player receiving the cooldown that would normally be expected afterward.
Valve’s public GC/protobuf definitions expose matchmaking state and account-penalty related data through separate messages/fields. That does not prove the exact internal failure mode, but the behavior we are observing is consistent with the match being invalidated while the corresponding player penalty is not successfully applied.
At a high level, the player forces the server into an abnormal state that is later treated as sufficient to invalidate the match. The result is a real VAC Live cancellation, but the corresponding punishment is not applied to the player who caused it.
⚠️ There is also a separate server-lag exploit currently being used.
A single manipulated client can force the server into processing abnormal states or command sequences that disrupt the server simulation itself. The result is that everyone in the match can then experience severe lag or stuttering even while their own displayed ping remains normal.
Normal ping does not necessarily mean the game server is processing the simulation normally.
And when you put this together with the server-crash exploit we covered recently, we’re now looking at three different client-to-server abuse cases:
VAC Live match-cancel exploit, server-lag exploit and server-crash exploit.
Valve definitely needs to take a broader look at these client-to-server abuse vectors. We are repeatedly seeing abnormal client-controlled states produce match-wide effects including cancellations, severe server lag and outright crashes.

A new CS2 Tracker “Slur Tracker” claims that 17.6% of Counter-Strike 2 matches contain racist or homophobic language.
The tracker analyzed nearly 495,000 players and found that more than 7% have used some kind of slur in chat, it also estimates that over 2% of all messages contain a slur.
The site has turned the data into leaderboards showing players who have used racist and homophobic slurs the most.
