@Ticketmaster, we’ve never heard silence quite this loud! What is your plan to fix the situation with bots taking over the ticket drops?! Fans do not have a fair chance to purchase tickets! You need to implement new site protections! @TMFanSupport @AEGworldwide @MessinaTouring

@Ticketmaster We NEED NEW & MORE site protections for Eras Tour Invited Fan ticket drops!
Scalpers adapted & took over the Santa Clara drops. The site glitched, bots snatched inventory, & actual FANS couldn't get tickets!
ASK FOR BETTER #LosAngelesTStheErasTour #Swifties
#Swifties, WAKE UP! It’s Los Angeles show week, and we are ready to be LOUD! @Ticketmaster needs to put in additional site protections to prevent bots from snatching all the tickets for the remaining shows! Tag them, and keep expressing your concern with the ticket process!

Yes we do! @Ticketmaster - too many bots & illegal ticket purchasing methods were used during Santa Clara Invited Fan. The vast majority of tickets you listed went to scalpers! New website protections are needed NOW! #TSTheErasTour #LosAngelesTStheErasTour @AEGworldwide

#Swifties, if this @Ticketmaster trend towards helping bots continues, Los Angeles is in for another Cincinnati situation - and that is NOT good for fans! TM needs to stop allowing bots to grab all the tickets for #TSTheErasTour! We need to stay LOUD!
