Can your agency answer these questions?
If not, it’s time for Supervisible.
• Can we take on this new project without affecting existing ones?
• How many hours does each team member have available?
• Are some employees overloaded while others have less work?
Nice details coming up...
We are super focused on helping agency leaders maximize their profit and planning.
The best agencies plan their capacity and financials in one place.
As an agency owner, you need real-time answers to three questions:
1. Who's actually working on what? (Not what timesheets say)
2. How much budget is left? (Not what you hope)
3. Are we making money? (Not just staying busy)
That's why we built Supervisible.
That’s why we built Supervisible.
Instead of discovering problems in month-end reports, you see them as they happen. When someone’s at 45% utilization, you know today, not next month. When a project burns through 80% of budget at 50% complete, you get an alert, not a surprise.
Over the past few weeks we’ve been quietly overhauling the client and project views.
In the clients page you can now see a client’s active projects, their overall agency rate (admins don’t sleep on this feature, it’s a game-changer), total client value and more.
Keyboards are much better/faster to navigate apps especially when you need to scan through lots of information quickly. So today we are releasing keyboard shortcuts for most actions across the app. We think you’ll love them (@aesadde who implemented them, already swears by them!)

This is exactly what we built @supervisiblecom for 👉 helping agencies scale by streamlining resource planning, capacity, and ops. The most impactful tool for growing teams is the one that makes operations clear, simple, and visible. @webflow #webflowconf
Hey @aesadde! What new stuff have we launched lately, and what’s coming up on the roadmap?
Forget about your Google Sheets hacks. They’re gonna break. They’re already breaking. And they’re impossible to maintain. Come on—try me. I’m delightful. I’m Polish, minimal, kinda like @NotionHQ and @sunsamaHQ had a baby with @runwayco. Clean vibes. Good manners.
I’m alive! Gonna market myself so well that even my mom will finally understand what I do. Let’s make history!

Seeking beta users! Do you currently work at an agency?
@supervisiblecom is a team and project management platform built for agencies and creative teams. It provides a clear, real-time view of team capacity, project timelines, and workload distribution, ensuring that teams stay productive without burnout.
What Supervisible Solves
Managing resources across multiple projects can be chaotic. Agencies often struggle with overbooked team members, underutilized talent, and unclear project timelines.
Supervisible eliminates these pain points by offering a centralized dashboard with live updates on availability, project progress, and capacity planning.
Pain Points Relieved
✅ No more overbooking – Balance workloads and avoid team burnout.
✅ Better visibility into projects – Know who is working on what, in real-time.
✅ Faster decision-making – Adjust schedules dynamically to meet deadlines.
✅ Maximized efficiency – Ensure every team member is working on the right tasks at the right time.

Just shipped a much-requested feature for @supervisiblecom: invite links for guests.
Could've implemented guest invites via email but it felt too cumbersome for the end user (adding guests via email).
Instead, a resettable invite link gets the job done
Chaos Is Not a Strategy...
