District 4 Poll. Who would you vote for?
form.jotform.com/26034547351…
A Public Bank requires expensive rigorous certification, high capital startup, and huge liability subject to political pressures, risky tax payer exposure to risky lending.
Vote No on Proposition B.
Why?
- There may be significant unforeseen costs to the City in the event the Public Bank is not financially sustainable.
- The proposal gives independence to the Oversight Commissions and the Board of Directors (newly established if Prop B passes), such that the City would have limited control over the MFC or Public Bank
Vote No on Proposition B.
So sad, from our very own Taraval Police Station.
We are heartbroken to share news of the death of former Deputy Chief Ann Mannix. She was a wonderful, caring human being. And an SFPD trailblazer.
Our team had the honor and pleasure of working with Ann on many ConnectedSF public safety projects,
Ann gave so much to the community and the people around her. Our thoughts are with her family and everyone who loved her and her daughter Katie. Rest in peace, Ann. You will be deeply missed.

Vote NO on RTM (Regional Transit Measure)
Why?
- It’s a tax on everyday goods, such as your next lunch out, your kids’ clothing, and home supplies
- Hands Bay Area transit agencies a $17 billion check to maintain a broken, status quo transit system with zero accountability. No improved safety, cleanliness or reliability requirements are attached to this handout.
- The only real "oversight" is ensuring that each entity receives its earmarked share; there is no oversight requiring more responsible operations.
Vote No on RTM

Neighbors, have you recieved a warning from PG&E? Perhaps wishful thinking?
1. All electric goals premature and diversify fuel sources still needed?
2. The build, build, build mentality w/o infrastructure upgrades and studies exacerbates the problem.
3...
Like to hear from you.

Vote Yes on Proposition G.
Why?
- Allows for commuters to get to work and daily errands while avoiding congestion during the week
- Allows park goers to have access to the park on weekends (when a park is most in demand)
- Sharing is caring.
Yes on Proposition G.
youtu.be/ylRWct09S08?is=ZeH6…
No, we did NOT vote on this before. A compromise was never offered as a ballot measure. #fact
Prop G is a Compromise. No, The Park does not go away. It is 100% open for 100% recreational use on weekends. From M-F, The Park is shared with commute by allowing traffic through. The Park remains open over 50% by area allocation despite what some groups claim. @alankennywong

Something doesn't add up.
On 7/22/2026, one day before the Department of Elections certified the Great Highway Compromise petition signatures, D7 Supervisor Myrna Melgar submitted a request to change the ballot language so that a "Yes" vote would be framed as eliminating a park.
On that day, the measure hadn't even been certified for the November ballot.
On 7/23/2026, the petition signatures were certified.
Then, on the morning of 7/24/2026, less than 24 hours after certification of the petition, the Ballot Simplification Committee held a public meeting. There was little time for the public to learn about the meeting.
Joel Engardio, Lucas Lux, and their friends were there. They spoke at the podium and basically said that they oppose any changes and that the sharing option would kill their park.
They absolutely refused any form of sharing, any compromise, and any change.
Let me say this again. Lucas Lux told the judge that the skatepark and everything on the asphalt road are temporary installations. According to Rec and Park's recent press release, the expedited playground construction is also temporary.
Almost 16,000 San Francisco voters know what they signed.
Under the Great Highway Compromise proposal, the roadway would be shared by everyone Monday through Friday, including private vehicles, while the existing bike lanes, promenade, and pathways remain open. The space would then be closed to private vehicles on weekends and holidays for restricted use.
Was this public meeting noticed with sufficient advance notice to allow the public and residents with language access needs to participate?
Under San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 91 (Language Access), city boards, commissions, advisory bodies, and departments must provide language access services at a public meeting or hearing if a member of the public requests them at least 48 hours before the meeting.
This public meeting took place less than 24 hours after the certification.
Why was there such a rush? How did Myrna Melgar's request come before the measure was officially certified? And why wasn't the public given more notice before a meeting affecting a citizen led initiative supported by almost 16,000 San Francisco voters?
The impacted districts include many monolingual seniors, families, and residents. Are we going to assume they have no right to know about or participate in this important discussion?
These are fair questions that deserve clear answers.
Public trust depends on transparency and an open process, not one that appears rushed or inaccessible.
What I witnessed today was an attempt to silence the voices of ordinary people by those who believe we don't deserve to be informed or have a voice.
So why are Joel Engardio and Lucas Lux doing this?
Who's actually running San Francisco?

Brilliant. This is exactly they type of development SF should be focused on.
-Doesn't destroy existing housing
-Doesn't negatively impact tourism
-Doesn't stress already overloaded infrastructure.

SFMTA eroding trust 101: "Expenditures by Organization" (55%) vs. "Expenditures by Service (77%)." Quite the discrepancy.
Residents should be able to understand the difference. Instead SFMTA chooses to create confusion and jumble numbers.
Does SFMTA deserve to be bailed out this November when they cant clearly explain their own accounting?

San Francisco residents deserve a voice.
The Great Highway Compromise citizens' initiative would allow voters to decide the future of the Great Highway this November. It's about time we revisited it.

"Businesses stayed here in San Francisco."
Prop D supporters are lying. Lying.
Vacancy is at 32-34% today. Pre-2020 vacancy was 5-6%.
Office visits as of last Fall were 40% of pre-pandemic levels.
Vote NO on D today.

SFUSD is taking $$$ to fund radicalized ethnic studies from voter approved bonds for Public Education Enrichment Fund (PEEF) eg sports, arts, TAG. The oversight council said it's inappropriate to take $7.3M PEEF funds for "Voices" E.S. mandate, BOE ignored them. The purse strings are controlled by @DanielLurie @sfbos under charter guidelines, as PEEF draws from City's General Fund.
