Considering Ditka's passing, I'll be dissapointed if there's no Superfans skit tonight.

Just saw Digger. If I had to explain it to someone, here's what I'd say: It's a movie about a play about a climate disaster that really happens. Kind of like Don't look Up. Quirky like Dr Stragelove. Oscar nod for Goodman.

After about the 500th time now I'm convinced David Jolly doesn't have the funds for two commercials. π

Ken Paxton: The criticism has been that I let a child predator out after one day. Well guess what? They served 60 days.

Paxton's Claim is misleading:
His office's original deal was to give Time Served + 1 day.
After a rebuking from Judge Roy Sparkman (βOne day. Seriously? Somebody has to sell me on the wisdom of it,β) the deal was revised, and Hoffman was released after 29 days.

π¨BOMBSHELL: DOJ Whistleblower Ryan Crosswell and over 50 former federal prosecutors will add their voices to a lawsuit against Trumpβs plan to sell early access to Truth Social posts for up to $100,000.
They were pushed out for prosecuting corruption. Now theyβre fighting BACK.
Today, we filed an amicus brief in the case of The Intercept Media v. Trump on behalf of over 50 former public corruption prosecutors and federal law enforcement agents. We argue that the sale and purchase of early access to Truth Social potentially violates multiple, federal criminal laws. The defendants in the lawsuit include Donald Trump, Natalie Harp, and Daniel Scavino. As we argue, conduct which is potentially criminal cannot possibly serve any legitimate government interest that justifies infringing on the plaintiffsβ rights under the 1st Amendment and the Equal Protection Clause.
From the amicus brief: βThe most galling aspect of the Truth Social scheme is that, in the service of their own self-enrichment, Defendants give preferential access to announcements of presidential acts. Defendants keep business owners affected by tariffs, military families affected by the war in Iran, and parents affected by public health decisions in the dark on presidential decisions, while whispering those decisions in ears of potential traders, who are willing to pay a premium so that they can front-run American and global financial markets.β Thank you to @CampaignLegal for their work on this, to my law firm, @SingletonShreib, for its continued fearlessness in fighting for everyday citizens, to @Justice_CXN connecting us to their vast network of former federal prosecutors and agents, and above all, to the amici, for putting their signatures on this. They all fought corruption on behalf of the American people. They know it when they see it.
