We are currently investigating a latency increase for our West Coast users. Some operations like displaying your PDF may seem slower than usual, but otherwise the service remains operational.
We've been experiencing intermittent logon issues for the US West Coast users. The issue manifested itself only for new sign-in attempts. It was fixed now. We're reviewing the list of our recent outages to see if we can improve the stability. Thank you for your support !
