When our downtown addition and renovation project required the careful disassembly, repair, protection and reassembly of a 100+ year old historic facade, our client, the facade restoration consultant (@arseeengineers), and the City trusted @summitconst to perform!

Progress is picking up on our Medical Office Building for @NexCore in Westfield, IN. Interior buildouts for the Ambulatory Surgery Center and others will begin soon!

The existing building has been demolished at Compass on Washington. Next, the subgrade will be prepared for the new building foundations. Progress is exciting!
