2. Buy stocks Trump is telling you to buy when he says it (not after it spikes)
- $NOW $85 →$400+
- $DELL $235 → $800+
- $MU $320 → $3000+
- $IBM $220 → $600+
- $INTC $20 → 400+
*these are going a lot higher by 2035 just like $NVDA $AAPL $GOOG $TSLA $AMZN $MSFT
3. BUY LEAPS example $NOW buy Jan 2028 $200 calls.
4. OR just put $500-$1000 bucks into $VOO $QQQ each month (safest)

Where is the market headed?
We can't predict what is to come but we can prepare for the various scenarios based on what we hear from Jerome Powell at Jackson Hole.
This can mean trimming some of your winners or hedging to not give up profits or simply risking off positions.
Some key areas on $SPX I think we need to consider are recent lows of 6334 and 6308, if we can't hold that we likely see 6200 then 6147 and 6060 if we really get weak after Jackson Hole this Friday.
However if we hold above 6400 and todays high of 6408 we will test 6428 and likely new all time highs in the coming weeks.
Be patient and calculated.

I believe this. Real Estate requires so much capital outlet and rarely do we factor in all the expenses that we incur along the way. It’s simply not purchase pressure and sale price. There are far more liquid methods to growing wealth.
My view is that buying and holding real estate is not an effective investment strategy in our current economic environment, for a few reasons.
1) Real estate is more interest rate sensitive than it is inflation sensitive, so given our current circumstances it is likely to go down in real terms
2) It is a fixed asset that is easy to tax, which limits its impacts on your ability to diversify
3) Real estate is nailed down, so investing in it makes it more difficult to move money from one place to another
That’s my view, in a nutshell. I’m curious to hear if you agree.

I’ll never fly @flairairlines again. The lack of service and how they treat passengers is shocking. I understand being no frills and charging for baggage but if a personal item does not even count a city backpack is a way to dupe passengers into fees at the gate cc @CTA_gc
