IMO STATE: Yesterday, September 27, Naija Confra received reports that a man identified as Benzema was sh0t in the he@d by suspected cultists in Umuodu, Mbieri, Imo State. We reported for safety and awareness and promised to provide more details. During our investigation, we confirmed Benzema was sh0t by DNKI (Vikings) cultists, but the initial location was not correct. The correct location was “Ogugba Park in Umuoyeche”, and not Mbieri. Naija Confra gathered that DNKI cultists had just finished their cult meeting around Ogugba Park, and as they were leaving the area, they robbed people, and Benzema, who is not a cultist, was among their victims. Benzema reportedly refused to surrender his phone because he had purchased it about 2 days earlier. While struggling with the ViThieves, he was sh0t in the he@d. Although initial report indicated that Benzema did not survive and many had already written RIP messages for him, Naija Confra gathered from a few sources during our investigation that he was unconscious and in very critical condition as at yesterday.
