๐Type I (NGA): The LV supplies systemic flow; pulmonary blood flow depends on VSD size, PS/PA, and ductal patency.
๐Type II (TGA): The LV ejects into the PA; systemic output depends on the VSD/BVF and RV outflow tract patency.
