Quick trivia question: What does the SEC do? If you said, “very little in recent years,” you are correct! And one area where the SEC has done even less than “little” is President Trump’s memecoin. Retail investors have taken a huge bath on the $TRUMP coin - and all we’ve gotten is a “yuge” silence from our country’s preeminent financial regulator. A $4 billion loss on a memecoin promulgated by our generation’s defining flimflammer? Could be something worth digging into, or even “investigating.” Just a thought, @secgov!

Going to court for the right to make AI child sexual abuse material is certainly a business strategy. Maybe not one you want riding along in your 401(k). $XXQQ and $XXSP: the NASDAQ-100 and S&P 500, minus Elon and every company he touches. See how much exposure you can shed at redactelon.com.

Congressional stock trading raises a number of thorny ethical issues. For constituents, that is; not for Congress members themselves, evidently. One elected official who seems to be sleeping easy is Rep. Julia Letlow (R-LA5) who began stocking up on shares of Meta and Nvidia… months after signing a non-disclosure agreement with a Meta shell company. What an interesting series of events! Who knows what exciting, confidential information Letlow obtained under that NDA - but her purchase of META/NVDA shares after getting all that delicious, proprietary intel sure is… timely.

beside the point but can you imagine a worse group chat
BREAKING: HELL YES! Texas gubernatorial candidate Gina Hinojosa sues Greg Abbott to obtain the "embarrassing" and "intimate" emails sent between his office and Elon Musk's minions. We cannot wait to read these in full... "Nobody here is accusing Greg Abbott of having a torrid love affair with Elon Musk,” Rep. Hinojosa said. "What this is about is we have the world’s only trillionaire getting massive tax breaks from this governor after giving him over $500,000 in campaign contributions." The lawsuit seeks to obtain over a thousand pages of communication which — given what we know about Musk's underhanded methods and blatant favor-buying through donations — could be extremely damaging to Abbott and the Republican Party's already-toxic brand. Numerous Musk companies are based in Texas, including SpaceX, Starlink, Tesla, X, and xAI. He donated $500,000 to Abbott's campaign and $250,000 to Texas House Speaker Dustin Burrows. At the same time, Musk has received billions in tax incentives and tens of millions in grants. From the outside looking in, it certainly looks like quid pro quo. If there's nothing untoward in these emails, why won't Abbott just release them? The Texas Newsroom filed a public records request to obtain the documents in 2025, but Abbott's office objected to the release and remarkably corrupt Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sustained the objections, with an order to release some of the materials. They were heavily redacted. “The people of Texas and the people of House District 49 are concerned over the growing power of tech giants in Texas regarding our tax dollars, resources, and data,” Hinojosa wrote in a letter to Abbott in September, asking to review the redacted information. “In light of the expanding influence of tech CEOs in Texas and the close working relationship between government and the corporate tech industry, transparency is essential for accountability, which is why I’m writing.” In her new lawsuit, Hinojosa revealed that Abbott rejected her request. Now, she's escalating the fight. Please ❤️ and share to demand that the files be released!

Let’s run the numbers on that one, because the math isn’t mathing. Luckily, for those of us who doubt a certain tech CEO’s sanity and/or business acumen, there are new exchange-traded funds that remove him from the equation. Two of them, to be exact - $XXQQ and $XXSP - and you can use our official calculator to determine exactly how much money you’re taking out of Sir Tweets-a-lot’s pocket when you cut him out of the loop. Whether you’d like to invest in the NASDAQ or the S&P 500, we’ll tell you how much toxic exposure you’re losing to the world’s most toxic exec. For a smart investor, there’s nothing scarier than volatility — unless it’s volatility swinging around a chainsaw on little to no sleep. If you don't want that in your portfolio, consider reallocating your assets before a certain tech CEO sends your savings right into the shredder. Introducing $XXQQ and $XXSP, two ETFs that include everything in the Nasdaq-100 and S&P 500, respectively—but remove Admiral Alimony's companies from the bunch. Less volatility, fewer headaches, just a couple of exchange-traded funds that won’t keep you up at night dreading the next tweet. We even made a calculator that shows you exactly how much toxic exposure you can dump from your portfolio when you heap the creep. Head over to redactelon.com to use the calculator and share your results — we guarantee the math checks out. Link In bio.
