You're not going to believe how nasty Delta is. Delta CEO Ed Bastian got caught trashing Elon Musk at internal meetings to explain why they rejected Starlink. But don't buy the corporate moral high ground for a second. Delta tested Starlink, but Elon refused to let them trap passengers behind ad-tracking portals to farm and sell user data. SpaceX wanted instant connection just like home, with zero data harvesting. So what did Delta do? They signed with Amazon’s completely untested satellite network which won't even launch fleetwide until 2028. Strictly to monetize passenger information. United flyers get 300 Mbps; Delta flyers get dial-up and a data harvest.

If people don’t like you, that’s OK. If dogs don’t like you, then you need to work on yourself. It is what it is.

How can you NOT believe in God when octopuses dream and otters have a favorite rock they carry around in a little skin pocket and cows have best friends and bees are out there communicating the coordinates of flowers through dancing and they have regional dialects? Cats are purring at frequencies associated with bone healing? Forests get absolutely incinerated and respond by growing flowers? Dolphins literally invent names for themselves and yell them across the ocean? Penguins are waddling around Antarctica looking for the perfect rock to give their partner? CROWS REMEMBER YOUR FACE. THEY TELL OTHER CROWS ABOUT YOU. THEY TELL THEIR CHILDREN ABOUT YOU. YOU CAN HAVE GENERATIONAL BEEF WITH A BIRD. I NEED YOU TO UNDERSTAND THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THIS. Goats have accents. Rats laugh when you tickle them. Elephants mourn their dead. Whales make songs and then OTHER WHALES LEARN THE SONG and suddenly everybody across the ocean is singing the new song. Monarch butterflies are born knowing how to fly thousands of miles to a place they have never been. Sea turtles hatch out of an egg, immediately sprint toward an ocean that they have never seen, disappear into it for like 3 decades and then somehow come back to the same beach they hatched on. Birds can see colors that we humans can’t see. There are colors out there right now that we don’t even get to know about. There are sea slugs that eat algae and use the chloroplast/chlorophyll and then are just like…photosynthesizing. And they’re super adorable. There are mushrooms communicating underground. There are seeds sitting in the dirt for decades like “no actually I will wait. It’s fine.” Squirrels plant trees because they forget where they put their snacks. Relatable. A CATERPILLAR GOES INTO A LITTLE BAG THAT IT CREATES ITSELF AND DISSOLVES MOST OF ITS BODY INTO ORGANIC GOO AND REARRANGES ITSELF, GROWS WINGS AND THEN LEAVES. WHY IS THIS NOT MORE BEAUTIFULLY TERRIFYING TO PEOPLE?? And you’re telling me a tiny acorn knows how to become a huge tree? It just has a blueprint inside itself? Your body started as ONE CELL. ONE. And that cell divided itself into a brain that can think about its own existence and eyes that can look at stars and hands that can hold somebody else’s hands and a heart that runs on electricity without you even asking it to? The iron in our blood was made inside a star?? We are walking around on a wet rock covered in bioluminescent oceans and singing whales and laughing rats and birds holding lifelong grudges and flowers exploding out of fire and somehow we’re supposed to act like this is a normal place to live? We’re supposed to act like this is all just a random, accidental sequence of events?

Grok Bot summary: Starship Flight 14, the first orbital Starship flight. 🔥 Ascent - During the climb, one Raptor vacuum engine shut down early. - Starship made up for the lost thrust by burning its other five engines for longer than planned. - It still reached its planned suborbital path. That path is "passively safe," meaning the ship would come back down safely on its own if nothing else happened. ✅ Go for orbit - Once it was on that path, the flight control team checked the ship's systems. - The three sea-level Raptor engines needed for later burns were healthy, so the team gave a "go" for orbital operations. 🌍 First time in orbit - Starship relit one sea-level Raptor for an orbit insertion burn. - **It entered orbit around Earth for the first time ever.** 🛰️ 26 Starlink V3 satellites deployed - After a short coast, Starship released all 26 Starlink V3 satellites. - SpaceX soon made contact with every one of them through laser links, ground stations and Starlink user terminals. - Next, the satellites run on-orbit checks and raise their orbits, then start serving customers. - Because of the engine problem on the way up, the team cut the time in orbit short "out of an abundance of caution." - They brought Starship down in the northern Pacific Ocean. That was one of two landing zones agreed before launch, and it was cleared of ships and aircraft. 🔻 First-ever deorbit burn - Starship relit one sea-level Raptor to slow down and drop out of orbit. - It then made it through atmospheric reentry and descent to the planned splashdown point. 🌊 Landing burn and splashdown - For the final landing burn and flip maneuver, all three sea-level Raptors relit. - Starship **splashed down on target** in the Pacific Ocean. 📌 Starship firsts on this flight - First time reaching orbit - First real payload deployed from orbit (26 Starlink V3 satellites) - First deorbit burn - A controlled splashdown on target, despite losing an engine on the way up 💡 Why it matters Getting to orbit, releasing real satellites, and coming back down under control are key steps toward Starship's big goals: flying Starlink at scale, fully reusable rockets, and eventually the Moon and Mars. Flight 14 did all of that, even after losing an engine.

BBC: “There is so much hate on your platform” Elon: “What hate?” BBC: “There’s just a lot of hate” Elon: “What kind of hate?” BBC: “Well...I see a lot of hate” Elon: “Can you give me an example?” BBC: “There’s definitely hate” Elon: “So your evidence is basically that you personally feel like there is hate?” BBC: “ohhh....but there’s a lot of it” Elon: “How much?” BBC: “A lot” Elon: “Compared to what?” BBC: “Well...before” Elon: “Before what?” BBC: “Before there was this much hate” Elon: “Do you have data?” BBC: “I have concerns” Elon: “Do you have examples?” BBC: “I have observations” Elon: “Do you have numbers?” BBC: “People are worried” Elon: “Which people?” BBC: “People” Elon: “So basically...you arrived with a headline and forgot to bring the evidence?” Basically the entire BBC interview 😂 Elon absolutely slaughters BBC reporter in live interview
that random guy: “There’s way too much hate on this platform” His interests: • Hating Elon • Liking people who hate Elon • Reposting people who hate Elon • Getting angry when Elon breathes Brother, you are the algorithm 😂
