WOW 🚨 California resident with a large diesel truck went in to get gas, he was excited because he was expecting to finally get a cheaper price thanks to Donald Trump’s Executive Order removing the tax
He was told by the gas station Gavin Newsom is BLOCKING the relief and it’s still full price
He’s right. Donald Trump signed Executive Order 14435, “Emergency Tax Relief on Diesel Fuel”
- Penalty waiver for dyed diesel on highways
- Deferral of the federal excise tax
- Treasury is directed to explore avenues to eliminate the obligation to pay the deferred taxes later
Gavin Newsom responded by not lifting the ban on use of red diesel on public roads and has not provided the matching state tax relief
By the way ‘Red diesel’ is chemically the same as regular highway diesel; the red dye is just a marker so authorities can tell the highway taxes haven’t been paid
So Gavin Newsom is blocking it ONLY to hurt Americans before midterms and not give any financial relief

- They refuse to suspend the diesel excise tax

Scene after the ICE-involved shooting in New York City, as agents tried to arrest Oscar Belgal, 28, an illegal alien from the Dominican Republic with a long criminal record.
ICE tried to box in his car without knowing his 5-year-old was in the back seat. DHS says he rammed their vehicles anyway. An officer fired in self-defense. Belgal was hit below the left ear, stable and talking at the scene. He is now in ICE custody. The child was not hurt and is with family.
NYPD reports front-end damage on an ICE vehicle.
His record: a grand larceny conviction, plus arrests for assault, robbery, drugs, and weapons. DHS says he has ties to the Trinitarios. Arrested in December 2023, then released days later under sanctuary rules.
Mamdani spent hours calling Trump and DHS to get him released. Hochul and Democrats want ICE out of New York. Not one word about the child in that back seat.
Hundreds of activists hit the streets for him. Democrats flooded social media demanding ICE be abolished. Nothing about the New Yorkers who live with the consequences of crimes committed by foreign criminals.
They should do a prayer vigil outside the post for all the victims on December 3, 2026.

What the heck?
Over the last year, employment for native-born Americans was down by 1 MILLION.
While at the same time, foreign-born employment was up by half a million.
We need to end all visa programs and ramp up deportations ASAP.
This is just crazy.
