We've received a lot of comments asking us to create our own original Anime IP after our fan-projects got cancelled, if so what genre should it be? Is this something you guys would like us to do? Let us know in the comments!

-A lot of people believe that we chose to not continue the project, but in reality we were forced to stop publishing after the IP Holders sent this warning last year: xitter.cf/berserk_project/status…
We are not allowed to post any Berserk animated content on this channel/socials and have been warned to have legal troubles if we do.
𒉭Since then we have been trying to get permission from them to work on the official adaptation, there has been meetings throughout the year pitching the idea, our dream was that they could give us a chance to make something in the same quality as the trailers we produced but it seems they have chosen to go with a Japanese studio for the next adaptation.
We understand the decision and wish them the best, as Berserk fans the one thing we care about is seeing this work adapted with love and care just as we were trying to do.
𒉭 We are extremely thankful for all the support and for all the people that started reading the manga thanks to our videos, for all the live reactions to our trailers and the encouragement we received. Our biggest dream has been to make this project happen.
-This essentially leaves us without any fan projects to work on for this channel, so we're taking a hiatus to decide the future of Studio Eclypse without fan-animations, we really don't want to work on something again for years only for it to be taken down once we publish. If you have any ideas on what we could do as a studio next year we would gladly read them in the comments to help us decide.
Thank you again everyone.
🛑WE ARE NOT GETTING SUED🛑
❌A Subpoena is NOT a lawsuit.
❌These were filed to X and SQUARESPACE directly, not to us.
❌The information required is ONLY for the people with access to the social media accounts, NOT for the artists involved in the project.
This is most likely so they can send the DMCA notice directly.
All of our Attack on Titan videos have been removed from social media in order to comply with Kodansha.
Please be careful with the information you get on the internet, a lot of Anime News have been spreading misinformation in order to get clicks, be aware and help us spread the word if possible, thank you for your attention and support. We will keep you updated.
🛑AOT UPDATE: There's (like usual) some misinformation going on about this. It seems @X was asked to take down our videos off the platform and they denied there was Copyright Infringement, so we didn't receive any type of notification or warning.
Apparently Kodansha filed the subpoenas to be able send us the DMCA directly. We NOW have taken down ALL the videos cited in the legal document as we did on Youtube when they asked, we just wish this would've been notified a month ago when it happened instead of finding out like this.
🛑Lastly, for all the people spreading false statements, we have never criticized or tried to replace the original canon ending in any way, and we also never accepted donations for this specific project. You can check out our very first tweet and our history of posts and replies regarding it. Fan fiction is meant to explore different outcomes from the stories we love, please don't make it seem like something it's not.

'ATTACK ON TITAN' fan project Requiem has been removed from YouTube by Kodansha for Copyright violation
🛑The Attack on Titan: Requiem episode and trailers have been taken down from our YouTube channel as requested by Kodansha Ltd.🛑
We completely respect their wishes but it's very disappointing that, in this era, small groups of fan creators are prevented from sharing free projects with the community, especially when the Copyright system is massively abused on a daily basis for profit in this current AI landscape.
We will continue to post making-of content, but any long-form releases of Attack on Titan could lead to a strike on our channel. As we wait for development on the possibility to collaborate for Berserk, we are left without main content to post or future projects to release on our channel.
So... we will be taking a hiatus to figure out the direction of the studio and we would be very glad to read your suggestions. We don't want to work on something for years again just for it to be taken down.
Thank you all for the constant support and patience, our passion to make animations for our community is something that can't be taken away.

Some beautiful fan projects that have been taken down recently as well, our support goes to them:

Our pilot episode has been copyright claimed and we’ve been given a strike on our channel for it. We believe this to be either a mistake or an abuse of the copyright system.

Strugglers! We would like to thank you ALL for the massive support, all the video reactions and comments we have received this past year. Reading hundreds of people's experiences and how they have started reading the manga thanks to our project is truly what all of this is about. Thank you!
Quick Update: We have have been working extremely hard these past months in order to get a chance to work on the project officially or at the very least collaborate in the production of the next adaptation. These next couple months will be crucial for that decision.
At the end of the day it's up to the IP Holders to decide, but that doesn't mean we won't try until the very end.
Thank you all for your patience and we really hope to have more concrete news soon, stay tuned.
