🔖 The Trading Journal Is Finally Here! 🔖
As promised in my last post, I’m officially releasing the Trading Center—the journal I built for myself—and yes, I’m giving it away for free to 10 traders!
Let’s talk about trading for a second.
We all know it’s hard, right? Here are some of the biggest pain points I’ve faced on my journey 👇
❌ A lack of structure: Without a clear system to document my trades, I struggle to track my progress or learn from past mistakes.
❌ Revenge trading: After a tough loss, I find myself chasing trades to recover money I shouldn’t have lost, only to make things worse.
❌ Emotional decision-making: Fear and greed often take control, pushing me into impulsive trades I later regret.
❌ FOMO (Fear of Missing Out): I jump into setups I haven't properly analyzed, especially when they’re copied from others
❌ Poor risk management: Ignoring stop-losses, or risking more than I should has cost me more than I care to admit.
❌ Constant market monitoring: I feel the pressure to watch the markets non-stop, leading to mental exhaustion and burnout.
❌ Lack of confidence: Doubting my decisions and second-guessing trades, even when I’ve followed my plan.
💡Sound familiar? If so, you’re not alone.
I’m not here to act like I have it all figured out. I’m not a professional trader—I’m just like you, working hard every day to improve. What I do know is that discipline and structure are the keys to success, and one of the best tools I’ve found to help me is my journal.
That’s why I created the Trading Center: to give myself (and now, you) a system to learn, improve, enjoy, and stay consistent.
💻Successful trading starts with one thing: data.
1️⃣ Collect Data
Without data, you’re flying blind. Tracking your trades allows you to spot patterns in the market—and in your behavior. Recognizing these patterns is the first step to becoming a consistent trader.
2️⃣ Execute with Confidence
When you have data, you make decisions based on facts, not feelings. Confidence isn’t a feeling—it’s a result backed up by data. Seeing patterns work gives you the trust to execute again and again.
3️⃣ Create Your Own Style
Elite traders like MT didn’t just copy others—they created their own strategies by analyzing their data, and refining their process.
➡️ Journaling bridges the gap between randomness and mastery by connecting the dots between your trades, behaviors, and results. 📝
Why My Journal Has Been a Game Changer 👇
✅ Daily & Weekly Routine: Stay disciplined, even when it’s tough.
✅ User-Friendly Design: Easily log trades and navigate the journal.
✅ Performance Tracking: See daily, weekly, and monthly progress.
✅ Filter Data: Track win rates, P&L, and R/R by metric (e.g., timeframe, trade type, news events).
✅ Goal Setting: Stay organized and motivated with a dedicated goals section.
✅ Decode MT’s Strategies: Sections specifically designed for analyzing MT’s insights.
✅ Spot Patterns: Uncover trends in your trades you couldn’t see before.
✅ Learn From Wins & Losses: Every trade has a lesson—this journal helps you find it.
✅ Enjoy the Process: Turn trading from chaotic to structured and fun.
👀 Want to see how I log my trades and analyze them? Check out my YouTube video, where I give a full walkthrough of the Trading Center, showing exactly how I use it to stay organized and improve my trading. (there are timestamps in the description!) -> youtu.be/a16rX2LJPqg
I’ll be honest—journaling used to be boring for me. It felt like a chore, and I avoided it more often than not. But when I created an aesthetically pleasing, organized journal for myself, I actually started to enjoy journaling. It became something I looked forward to, rather than a task I dreaded. Even if you’ve never journaled before, the Trading Center makes it simple to start and stay consistent.
Why Every Trader Needs a Journal 👇
💥 Think about it—hitting one stop loss often costs more than this journal. Every elite trader journals—this isn’t optional if you’re serious about improving.
And it doesn’t have to be my journal! Whether it’s something you make yourself, a free template, or the Trading Center, just start journaling.
I made a VERY BASIC free template to begin with--> [misterpa.gumroad.com/l/iuzcs…]
💡 It’s the only way to truly track your progress, spot your weaknesses, connect the dots, and turn trading into a long-term success story. If you’re not journaling yet, this is your wake-up call.
After sharing sneak peeks, I was blown away by the feedback. Friends who’ve tried it have said the same:

Update 📽️
Dojo Trading Terminal ⚔️
For the past months, we’ve been building something behind the scenes for the Dojo. ⚔️
The beta version of the new Dojo Trading Terminal / Dashboard is finally done.
I recorded a short walkthrough below so you guys can see everything we’ve been building behind the scenes.📽️
This isn’t a separate product...
Every active and future Dojo member gets access included.
The official release will be in a couple of weeks after final refinements.
After the official launch, the Dojo price will increase.
All current members and everyone who joins before release will keep the current $10 price locked in permanently.
So if you want access before the price increase, now is the time to join.
Watch the walkthrough below. 👀
$BTC [LTF SHORT]
TP1 (25%) at 2RR.
TP2 (25%) at 4RR .
Only LTF trade that I planned / shared with TG members this week (so far).
I only take LTF trades that don't require a lot of time on the charts, that's my preferred way of trading.
Before + after + execution.
And very important it was for bitcoin:native
Don't underestimate CME gaps.
Important area for $BTC
Do we continue the HTF (down) trend from here, or does it want to test 90k+ before?
$CRO [HTF]
Not shared on X, only with members this one.
+10% on refined level so far (+2RR). ✅
$BTC Higher Timeframe view [Update]
“The one who states his case first seems right, until the other comes and examines him.”
- Proverbs 18:17 ✝️
Long post, but necessary...
I really did not want to spend my morning engaging on X with someone who makes up a different reality in his head, but once you publicly call me a retard and present lies about me as facts, I have to respond with the actual facts.
Albert,
I am going to respond to your own words directly, because the issue is not complicated.
You wrote:
“You stole content.”
“I did.”
“I stole it from that Discord. And put it into a small Discord with people I once worked with.”
So we agree on the core fact.
You distributed content that was not yours to distribute.
Now you try to make the source the main point by saying it came from a big Discord and not directly from Zero’s Telegram.
But that does not change the action.
The source explains the route the PDF took.
It does not justify passing it on again.
If someone steals a TV and hands it to another person, that second person does not become innocent because he did not take it directly from the owner.
Passing it on is still part of the same chain.
You also wrote:
“And I apologize: To the bigger and free Discord - yes I stole from you guys. Guilty!”
This sounds like accountability until you look at who you are apologizing to.
You apologize to the big Discord.
Not to Zero.
Not to the person whose content was actually being passed around.
So you present yourself as honest and principled, while avoiding the most direct form of accountability.
Is it your pride that does not allow you to actually apologize?
I wonder how childish you can get.
Then you wrote:
“I don’t care where it’s from.”
"I have principles.”
That is a strange combination.
You cannot claim to care about facts, proof and principles while also saying you do not care where the content came from.
If facts matter, origin matters.
You cannot present yourself as a truth seeker while ignoring the part of the truth that makes your own position harder to defend.
Then you shift the focus to me.
You wrote:
“The Rule is nothing gets leaked.”
“He broke the rule and just gives out Data and breaks any contracts.”
“rules he once signed”
What contract?
What signed agreement?
What formal rule?
I joined a Discord server years ago.
It was a group chat.
Not a contract.
Not an NDA.
Not a business partnership.
So when you talk about “contracts” and “rules he signed,” you are not describing reality.
People associate you with “brutal honesty” because you state uncomfortable truths now and then. Credit where credit is due.
But this is not brutal honesty.
This is brutal lying.
You are making up contracts, motives, and future scenarios, then presenting them as facts to damage my reputation.
Stop the lying.
You are making a discord chat sound like some written contract because it makes your accusation sound stronger.
And that is especially inconsistent coming from you.
You left that same group over a year ago after publicly talking down one member and disappearing without a word to everyone else...
Mister “I won’t mention names, I have principles.”
Stop the act, Albert.
You are trying to portray yourself on X as trustworthy, caring, and loyal, but your own behavior in that same group tells a different story.
Not that I care personally, but it makes the “guardian of loyalty and rules” act a little hard to take seriously.
Then you wrote:
“He would snitch on anybody for his own advantage.”
What advantage?
Be specific.
What exactly did I gain?
Money?
Followers?
Status?
Anything tangible?
There was no advantage.
I informed the owner, someone I work with, that his content was being redistributed. If anything, staying silent while the work of someone you work with is being passed around without permission would be the real betrayal.
That is it.
So instead of proving a motive, you invent one.
Then you wrote:
“Once he will quit working with Ike he will Snitch on him or use something against him. Probabilities are very high.”
This is not evidence.
This is a fictional future scenario based on lies.
Yet you present it as if it says something real about my character.
And that is the pattern in your post.
When you talk about others, you demand proof.
When you talk about me, assumptions are enough.
When you talk about yourself, reframing becomes accountability. 🔄
You admitted you distributed content that was not yours.
Everything after that was an attempt to shift the focus from your action to my character.
And there is one more contradiction worth mentioning.
You present yourself as someone trying to “save” people or help them see the truth.
But the moment people do not accept your framing, you call them “braindead followers.”
Your actual words:
“You think I care about your opinion? I‘m actually making money trading so I dont need to maintain a good face for braind*ad followers lol.”
So which is it?
Are you trying to help people?
Or are you only helping them as long as they agree with your version of reality?
For those reading this: the facts are here. Believe whatever you want.
And Albert, believe whatever version you need to believe in your own head.
You know what happened.
Maybe if you twist the story long enough, you will eventually start believing it yourself.
Keep it up!
Why?
Before the Tradingweek starts I would like to finish that.
Why would you ever buy knowledge from someone that has no actual proof? Why would you subscribe? Why do you defend a Person on the Internet but totally Ignore the context?
Many of you are discussing:
Why did Albert ask for execution?
First of all, some think I do that for engagement or followers... You actually think I'm st*pid isn't it? It's clear that I will lose followers when doing that, you are stuck in a cult believing things that are not proven. You should doubt.
I made the post "Trust no One" before and I know some of you would've more to say to that topic, but can't - and thats okay. The post had a reason - you should trust NO ONE.
The main reason was the Meta chart he posted. I don't trust, why should I? Theres not a single reason to believe but many to doubt.
xitter.cf/IamZeroIka/status/2059…
In the linked post you see he shared it at 596 in his TG. For X the entry in symbol got adjusted to 595. The "proof" of execution shows 605 - thats a 10$ difference and leads to a 1.73R trade.
I don't want to judge other peoples style to trade.
But if you are not fully blind you can see...
What I shared for free the past weeks would make you how much RR? How can you dare to call a 1.73R setup your favorite and even make a post about it? Why is entry adjusted twice? Is it to make it look better? (thats a possible interpretation and not a fact)
So the context is super important, isn't it? I made my post to that topic 4 days before:
xitter.cf/Albert_618/status/2058…
Then while I ask simply for "execution?" It takes 24h+ and thats okay, nobody has to jump when I tell him/her so.
In the 24h @nineinchtrails asked something thats very important. The question stays unanswered. If you are a bit into psychology you would understand the "attack" that followed.
And how @studentoffew shot his own knee with that move...
The question:
xitter.cf/nineinchtrails/status/…
Important here already are the deleted posts.
You can do with that whatever you want. I don't care too much about my followercount.
Why? I actually make money trading and thats proven. I trade live. I have links that support that. I showed payouts. I did a lot of things to verify what I am actually doing. These are facts, facts that nobody here around can show. Nobody.
One more reason is the high number of Setups that actually played out and made people good money if they use risk management. Who can show that amount of free before and afters? Not many.
Who gave away a full edge built on MTs gift? Who was the first with a funded account in the community? Who was the first with myfxbook link? Who was the first with Investorcapital from Darwinex?
You can now say and think "wow Albert is so arrogant" - am I? I'm actually just naming the facts and if you can't take that - it's okay. I come from competition sports and I'm fine with winning and the jealousy behavior of my opponents.
The hard reality - and thats not to hurt you but how the markets work - I will take your money. Deep inside you know that on the long run you have no chance to survive.
"1 of 100 has what it takes"...
Okay, let's stick to the topic:
the question stayed unanswered and I got slightly attacked and now many say "you stole content".
I did.
Theres a big Discord many people know thats free. I stole it from that Discord. And put it into a small Discord with people I once worked with.
Close to all of these people had access to the big Discord and we collected a lot of things in the small Discord. Who cares? Stop crying and stick to the facts.
And I apologize: To the bigger and free Discord - yes I stole from you guys. Guilty! And no I don't care where it's from, I won't mention the people that own the Discord or anything. I have principles. Not like the Snitch.
But what happened was way more telling - if you can see. @studentoffew is in that small closed private Server.
The Rule is nothing gets leaked, no members and nothing that was spoken in there. So he's at first a Snitch. And at second he's pretty r*tarded to do that cause it just has no weight. And third he broke the rule and just gives out Data and breaks any contracts. Nice you damn Snitch, nobody with a brain will ever trust you again.
Imagine you trust/work with someone who breaks his own loyalty and rules he once signed just publicly destroy his own reputation. He would snitch on anybody for his own advantage - prove me wrong... You can't!
Once he will quit working with Ike he will Snitch on him or use something against him. Probabilities are very high.
Then it became more. And again @nineinchtrails posted something.
xitter.cf/nineinchtrails/status/…
A high amount of deleted Posts. Why deleting posts? Why communicating with Jackis if hes a proven scammer?
I leave that unanswered.
Some more" Why?" for your thought:
Why do members from our server have more results than 99% of the people that sell something to the community?
Why do people attack me that follow Ika that have actually nothing to bring to the table?
Why does he attack with a not too smart leak and acts impulsive on a question thats basically very important?
Why are all these posts deleted?
Why is he so long in the Game but has no Trackrecord in form of a link or a good amount of before and afters?
Why are you supporting and paying for something that is actually built on your belief?
Why am I getting DMs from members of the Dojo that tell me the Doge story and many more things?
Why are many people so grateful for waking them up?
Why can't you face the uncomfortable truth?
You can now come to my comment section and start getting personal again, thats absolutely fine. Like I said, I actually make money in trading - proven - so I don't need your following, your confirmation or anything you have to offer. MT gave me all I need.
And one day in the not so far future I will vanish and then you once again drown in waiting for Altseason and in a cultish community. You just joined a herd. I mentioned the herd in the herd before.
Ever thought how I was convinced SPX makes new ATHs? It was your brain. Your behavior. You create patterns and I read them.
What you gonna say and post either confirms what I said - or it will help and support others.
I made all that just to support the weak people. The sad reality is, those who need the support are those attacking me. I can take all your attacks. And I feel very sorry for you. You that have nothing to show. Not a single trade. Nothing.
I hope this will help some people.
Have a great week!
That being said,
Here are some of the winning trades that were shared. ✅
Trading is a balancing act between wins and losses, edge, risk management, and psychology. Mastering these factors is what tips the scales in your favor. ⚖️
A 5-Loss Streak Doesn't Mean Your Edge Is Broken (It's Almost Guaranteed)
Over the past few weeks, I got stopped out on several BTC set-ups (shared in the dojo)
Whenever this happens, traders tend to ask themselves the same question:
"Is the strategy still working?"
The reality is that most traders don't struggle with strategy - they struggle with understanding probability.
Let's look at the numbers. 👇
Assume you have a trading system with a 50% win rate. That means, over a large sample, you'll win roughly half your trades and lose the other half.
Most traders understand that.
What they often don't understand is that the wins and losses will not be distributed evenly.
You won't get:
W-L-W-L-W-L-W-L
The market doesn't care about giving you a comfortable sequence.
Instead, you might get:
L-L-L-L-L-W-W-W-L-W-L-L-W...
Even though the system still has a 50% win rate.
In fact, if you take around 200 trades, there's approximately a 96% chance that you'll experience at least one streak of 5 consecutive losses somewhere within that sample.
Read that again.
A trader with a legitimate edge is almost guaranteed to experience a 5-loss streak over a large enough sample.
Not because the edge disappeared.
Not because the market changed.
Not because the strategy suddenly stopped working.
Simply because that's how probability works.
This is where psychology becomes one of the most important skills in trading.
Most traders are emotionally stable when they're winning.
The real test comes when they take loss after loss after loss.
After the third or fourth stop-loss, doubt starts creeping in:
"Maybe my analysis is wrong."
"Maybe I should skip the next setup."
"Maybe this strategy doesn't work anymore."
Ironically, this is often where traders sabotage themselves.
They abandon their process right before the statistics begin to normalize.
The goal is not to avoid losing streaks.
The goal is to expect them.
If your risk management is designed correctly, a losing streak is simply a cost of doing business.
Professional traders don't judge their edge over 5 trades.
They don't judge it over 10 trades.
They judge it over hundreds of trades.
Because they understand that short-term outcomes are heavily influenced by randomness, while long-term outcomes are determined by the quality of the edge.
Every trade is just one data point.
Your job is not to predict the outcome of the next trade.
Your job is to execute your edge consistently enough for the probabilities to play out.
The market will always test your psychology before it rewards your discipline. 🧘
That's why trading success isn't just about having an edge.
It's about being mentally strong enough to keep executing it during periods when the statistics temporarily move against you. 📝

$XLM [HTF]
Took some time but the 3M/1M level did not disappoint (+100%)
Refined level at $0.13 still valid for the future.
Personally, I waited for this level for a leverage long.
New 1W BB has formed 👀
Read it with a big smile on my face :)
Thank you 🫶
Replying to @IamZeroIka
I wanted to share my feedback after a week of subscribing to the Dojo.
@IamZeroIka has done a tremendous job, and his collaboration with @studentoffew only enhances the quality of the work they continue to do together.
The educational content is extensive, yet remains as concise as possible while being useful and practical. There’s nothing that won’t be useful to you in some way, nothing superfluous.
The addition of videos is an invaluable bonus and helps us verify and refine our understanding.
The Weekly Market Update video is more useful than I ever imagined. Not only does it share analysis of certain assets with us, helping us improve our own analysis and come up with trade ideas to prepare.
But just as importantly, it instills a good habit: taking a weekly overview of our most important charts.
It helps us avoid getting stuck in analysis paralysis, and instead view our analysis as preparation for action plans that will lead us to trade regularly, keep a journal, and improve our trade setups.
For those who tend to suffer from FOMO or get impatient, this video will help you get into the habit of preparing your trades, planning 3 to 4 moves in advance, and thus avoiding the risk of losing money unnecessarily.
Finally, the app (the Trading Terminal) they’re currently finishing up looks very powerful, impressive, even though I haven’t had a chance to test it yet (so far, I’ve been using the journaling system I built myself on Obsidian).
This makes the Dojo a comprehensive, powerful, and affordable all-in-one solution. I don’t know of anything else like it.
Plus, the overall atmosphere is very friendly and supportive, which is very important to me from a human perspective.
In short, I think I should have joined the Dojo at the beginning of this year, without further delay; it would have saved me a lot of time and experience.
For the past months, we’ve been building something behind the scenes for the Dojo. ⚔️

Grateful to be able to teach in the dojo alongside @IamZeroIka and see this kind of progress from people. 🙌
We provided the education and showed how we think in context, you paid attention and worked your ass off for the last 6 months.
Now you’re about to pass your third 100k account. 🔥
It's simple, but don't confuse it with "easy".
This was the result of real hard work.
Keep it up @cashhcrypto
It’s a pleasure to teach and actually see people execute and get real results from it. 🙏
