Brings back memories of hearing this live in the mid-70s, and which prompted me to think of another from a similar era: youtu.be/VgJwJa7Wk14 Of course not "trad", but is MacColl near enough?

Bristol CAMRA switched their Mild promotion to November a couple of years ago. Brewers more inclined to produce dark beers in the winter. #bristol #camra #badrag

It's fifty years since the first working party was set up to work on Mossdale. This photograph 📸, taken around 1970, shows Mossdale moored outside the Toll House at the museum. Did you take part in the working party? 💬 We'd love to hear any memories you have #ThrowbackThursday

I don't read most of the books that find their way onto my screen in production (If you saw them, you would understand why.) But this one by @Thomas_Kitching was a good read throughout. I mentally extended the obituary for Robinson's mild into a "milds we have loved and lost."
Thanks to @stroudprint for expertise, advice and speed in proofing and printing ‘Inspired by Music’ ... well in time for Christmas. A splendid gift for music and poetry lovers, the book is also amply illustrated with photographs to accompany the poems.
All set up for next weekend. Looking forward to it. Well, we've actually been selling GF beers, of all strengths, colours and styles for nearly six years now; so nothing for any potential gluten lovers (could there possibly such a thing?) to be concerned about; so c'mon down. – at Bristol, England
