AFRICAN ACTION CONGRESS (AAC) PRESS STATEMENT 15th October, 2026 AAC DESIGNATES FEDERAL HIGH COURT AND MINISTRY OF JUSTICE AS OFFICIAL CAMPAIGN VENUES IN ABUJA The African Action Congress (AAC) hereby announces a critical adjustment to our presidential campaign activities in response to the persistent judicial harassment and politically motivated distractions targeted at our Presidential Candidate, Omoyele Sowore. Over the past months, our presidential candidate has been compelled to devote a significant portion of his productive campaign time to defending himself against a frivolous and needless lawsuit instituted by the Director-General of the Department of State Services (DSS), Tosin Ajayi. This development has unnecessarily diverted valuable time and resources that should have been dedicated to engaging Nigerians across the country on the urgent task of national liberation. In view of this reality, and in keeping with our determination to campaign wherever our candidate is compelled to be, the AAC has resolved that the environs of the Federal High Court, Abuja, and the Federal Ministry of Justice shall serve as some of our official campaign venues throughout the month of October 2026 in the Federal Capital Territory. Our campaign remains committed to taking our message directly to the Nigerian people, and we refuse to allow legal intimidation or politically motivated distractions to derail our democratic engagement with citizens. If our candidate is forced to spend his days in court defending his fundamental rights and freedoms, then the campaign will accompany him there. The struggle for a better Nigeria cannot be suspended by litigation. The AAC hereby calls on all Party faithfuls, supporters of democracy, advocates of justice, and concerned Nigerians to join us at the next court sitting scheduled for: Date: Monday, 19 October 2026 Venue: Federal High Court, Abuja Time: 8.00 am The presence of patriotic Nigerians will send a clear message that democracy cannot be intimidated and that the right of citizens to freely express themselves must be protected at all times. Nigeria belongs to all of us, and together we shall continue to defend democracy and Justice. AAC! TakeItBack! Signed: Rex I. Elanu National Publicity Secretary African Action Congress (AAC)

October>>> the month of revolution. It all started in 1917, led by the Lenin group Bolshevik elites and powered by workers’ unions. Today, October 2026: In France: Students and teachers are protesting for better education. In Chile: Students are protesting education budget cuts. Workers have also recently started their own protests. In India: Opposition parties have joined mass protests against the electoral body and the Prime Minister over the controversial deletion of over 100 million voters. In Nigeria: The main opposition party AAC @aacparty came out in mass in Abuja, led by its presidential candidate @sowore, protesting #TinubuMustGo over Tinubu destructive rulership, concerns about Nigeria’s direction and sovereignty. In the same month, six years ago, Nigerian youths came out in mass to demand #EndSARS. Whenever you see a working system or country, always remember that the citizens if thise countries demanded for it, fought for it. Nigerians can not keep making excuses not to fight for a better country.

AN OPEN LETTER TO OMOYELE SOWORE Dear @YeleSowore, I am writing this from a place of respect and appreciation. Whether people agree with you or not, one thing that cannot be denied is that you have carried a burden that most Nigerians would never volunteer to carry. For years,

AFRICAN ACTION CONGRESS (AAC) PRESS STATEMENT 9th October, 2026 AAC INAUGURATES SOWORE–MAGASHI 2027 PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN COUNCIL, TAKES NATIONAL MOBILISATION TO THE NEXT LEVEL The African Action Congress (AAC) has inaugurated the Sowore–Magashi 2027 Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), marking a major step forward in the Party’s preparations to mobilise Nigerians for the 2027 presidential election. The inauguration brings together a structured team of political strategists, organisers, policy advocates, media professionals, digital campaigners, election specialists, legal practitioners, finance personnel and grassroots mobilizers who will coordinate the campaign across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). The Campaign Council will be led by Director-General Abdullahi Usman, supported by deputies responsible for Strategy & Political Affairs and Diaspora & Resource Mobilisation, alongside the Campaign Council Secretary, Juwon Sanyaolu. Ten national directorates have also been established to drive the campaign’s core functions, including Strategy and Policy, Grassroots Mobilisation, Labour and Civil Society Engagement, Publicity and Communications, Digital Media, Data and Technology, Election Operations, Finance, Legal and Compliance, and Administration and Field Operations. At the grassroots, the campaign structure will connect state, LGA, ward and polling-unit coordinators, building a nationwide network of volunteers, canvassers, polling agents and supporters. The AAC acknowledges that the coordination and mobilisation of the Sowore 2027 campaign has, to date, been significantly powered by the innovative SOWORENOW app, which has provided an important digital platform for organising supporters and coordinating campaign activities. The Presidential Campaign Council is not a replacement for this digital mobilisation infrastructure; rather, it is designed to upscale, deepen and expand it. The Council will combine the power of technology with physical grassroots organisation, political coordination and community-level mobilisation to ensure that the Sowore–Magashi campaign reaches Nigerians in every part of the country. This AAC is clear about the historic task before us. The 2027 election is not merely about changing the occupant of Aso Rock; it is about changing the political direction of Nigeria. As the old political order continues to fail Nigerians, the AAC is taking its message directly to the people, from the cities to the rural communities, from state capitals to the polling units. The inauguration of the Campaign Council therefore signals the beginning of an intensified nationwide mobilisation. We call on Nigerians who believe that Nigeria can and must be different to join us. The task of taking back our country cannot be left to politicians alone; it requires the active participation of the People. AAC! TAKE IT BACK! Signed: Samuel Ajeigbe Ag. AFRICAN ACTION CONGRESS (AAC) PRESS STATEMENT 7th October, 2026 NO LIVING WAGE, NO CREDIBLE ELECTIONS: AAC SAYS ₦500,000 MINIMUM WAGE MUST START WITH INEC The African Action Congress (AAC) insists that Nigeria’s quest for free, fair and credible elections must begin with the economic dignity of the workers entrusted with conducting them. Over the years, Nigerians have watched INEC deploy impoverished and underpaid university professors as collation officers during elections. We cannot continue to ignore the dangers of subjecting electoral officials to economic hardship while expecting them to withstand the pressures, temptations and manipulations that undermine electoral integrity. When those entrusted with protecting our votes cannot earn a decent living, our democracy is placed at risk. While poverty does not excuse electoral malpractice, decent wages can reduce economic vulnerability and strengthen the conditions necessary for credible elections. This is why AAC’s demand for a ₦500,000 minimum living wage must start with INEC. It is contradictory to demand credible elections while neglecting the welfare of the very workers responsible for administering them. At a time when public confidence in INEC’s independence and credibility is already dangerously low, the commission and the Federal Government must demonstrate genuine commitment to paying decent wages and dignified working conditions for electoral personnel. Our presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, has declared, electoral workers must be adequately remunerated, and their rights to organize and pursue lawful industrial action must be respected. The AAC Party remains committed to the welfare of Nigerian workers and citizens. Our nation cannot build credible elections on the foundation of workers’ poverty. No living wage, no credible elections! ₦500,000 minimum wage for INEC workers NOW! AAC! TAKE IT BACK! #RevolutionNow Signed: Rex I. Elanu National Publicity Secretary, African Action Congress (AAC)

AFRICAN ACTION CONGRESS (AAC) PRESS RELEASE October 1, 2026 63 YEARS AFTER INDEPENDENCE: AAC SAYS NIGERIA NEEDS A NEW INDEPENDENCE FROM POVERTY, OPPRESSION, CORRUPTION AND ECONOMIC INJUSTICE As Nigeria marks another Independence Day, the African Action Congress (AAC) says the occasion must not become another ritual of speeches, parades and patriotic slogans while the majority of Nigerians remain trapped in poverty, insecurity, unemployment and social injustice. For AAC, political independence without economic freedom, social justice and democratic control over our resources remains a cosmetic independence. Nigeria has immense human and natural resources, yet millions struggle to afford food, housing, healthcare and education. Poverty remains widespread, while insecurity continues to include banditry, kidnapping and insurgency. Corruption also remains a serious structural problem. The National Bureau of Statistics' corruption survey recorded 82 million bribes paid to public officials in a 12-month period, underscoring the scale of the problem confronting the country. AAC therefore rejects the idea that Nigerians should simply celebrate independence while accepting a system that leaves the people perpetually struggling for survival. The AAC believes Nigeria requires a fundamental transformation of the political and economic system: an economy that serves the people rather than a privileged few; public resources deployed for public good; quality education and healthcare accessible to all; decent and living wages; productive jobs; security of lives and property; and institutions that are genuinely accountable to citizens. These are central to the political programme being advanced by our Presidential Candidate Omoyele Sowore and the African Action Congress, including the demand for a people-centred economy, N500,000 minimum wage, free and quality education, accessible healthcare, productive employment and democratic control of Nigeria's enormous resources. True independence means that no Nigerian should be forced to choose between food and medicine, school fees and survival, or security and poverty. AAC also reminds Nigerians that transformation cannot be left entirely to politicians. A docile citizenry cannot build a liberated nation. Citizens must organise, demand accountability, defend their rights, participate actively in democracy and refuse to normalise corruption, impunity and injustice. The people must recognise their collective power and take responsibility for the future of the country. This Independence Day, AAC calls on Nigerians to move beyond ceremonial patriotism. Wake up. Organise. Question power. Demand accountability. Take responsibility. Nigeria does not lack resources. Nigeria lacks a political system that consistently puts the interests of its people first. The struggle for genuine independence continues. The first independence freed Nigeria from colonial rule. The next must free Nigerians from poverty, oppression, corruption and economic injustice. AAC! TAKE IT BACK! Signed: Rex I. Elanu National Publicity Secretary, African Action Congress (AAC)
