Really saddened by the news of RJ Mitte’s passing 💔 He was a brilliant actor and a passionate advocate for disability rights. May he rest in peace.

While the music of the show is being submitted across a few categories (according to Forbes: forbes.com/sites/jeffbenjami…), Sam would be eligible for a nomination for the “Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media” and “Best Arrangement, Instruments and Vocals” categories!

Hoping to see this brilliant team get their flowers with some much deserved nominations but even campaigning feels like such a major feat and celebration of the music of this season! Voting continues over the next 10 days, can’t wait to see what happens. Follow along for updates!

I thought people using AI to generate photos of Sam was bad, but it gets worse, they’re using it to impersonate him now 🫩

Hi all! I got this message today from a follower on Instagram about a page impersonating Sam on Facebook. I’m not super active on fb but I did take a look and it does seem to just be a fan page. If you’re able to, please report as “false information” as it doesn’t allow reporting for impersonation.

Also, I once had someone tell me that somebody in a Lestat fb group claimed that they run this page (SRU) so I just want to clarify that I am not active on fb under SRU and don’t give my actual identity away to strangers. If anyone ever tells you they are behind SRU out of the blue, they’re lying! Please be careful about false claims in any capacity. My only socials for SRU are this account and samreidupdates on ig, and as a reminder I am not affiliated with Sam, his team, or AMC in any official capacity.
