If you're unable to create a majestic monolith with basic programming tools like encapsulation and namespaces, you don't have what it takes to improve upon the situation with a distributed swarm of microservices. Your spaghetti code will just be on five different plates.

Hey @baaz , Some years ago I tried to be manager, although it was a nice experience, I felt it is not the thing I want to do. I want to coding for the rest of my life. You are the only one who will decide what is your career path and how it will look like. All the best for you

Asynchronous communication works better if all team works at the same way. Some tricks: avoid DMs, use threads, over communicate everything, make calls only if it is strictly needed, be patient to expect an answer in an asynchronous work environment
