DAY 22 - POLTERGEIST (1982) Haven't watched this in a while. I know he's not in this one but I saw Reverend Kane from 2 and 3 on the TV when I was little and he fucking terrified me 馃槀 This film is an absolute classic with fun practical effects and even real skeletons. Love this.
It's almost spooky season so I've quickly made up a list of 31 films to watch over the month of October. I do these lists every year and never finish the challenge 馃槀 so writing all that may have been a waste of time. But I'll try! 馃巸 Included lots of classics! #31daysofhorror

I was trying to build a Lego flower thing. It was testing my goDDAMN PATIENCE. I have given up before I start throwing little stupid pieces of plastic around the room. Can you tell that I am a bit annoyed? 馃槖

It's our first night at th country club doing EVERYTHING for bingo. So it's not just handing out the books and raffle tickets. Mark now calls out the numbers and I am his unglamourous assistant calling out the winning numbers and handing out the winning money. MY FUCKING NERVES.

This is another part of me pushing myself out there to be more sociable and confident. I said I'd do it this year, and I AM doing it. I didn't have to do all this tonight but I said fuck it, let's go. I want to grow my confidence.

I have a cup of poison. I mean blackcurrant.. 馃拃 October means I can get away with using childish spooky things. I mean, Halloween is every single day for me so I always use childish spooky stuff. But it's more "acceptable" in October 馃槀 Ehhh. I like being the weird way I am.

DAY 21 - SUSPIRIA (1977) My favourite Dario Argento film. I absolutely adore the cinematography, the lighting, the atmosphere, THE SCORE BY GOBLIN!!! 鉂わ笍馃挋 The plot is quite minimal, the acting is questionable, but I love watching the colourful nightmare of this unfold.

Fell asleep for almost 3 hours (new record!!) but woke up in so much pain from my rheumatoid arthritis. Took me 10 minutes to get out of bed so I could shuffle to the bathroom. I'm not having a good week. I can't sleep, haven't eaten since Tuesday morning, my face is all spotty.

Been crying about the severe lack of sleep the last few days. I mean I always have severe lack of sleep, but it's so much worse right now. I feel sick. In my teens/20s I'd say I'd sleep when I'm dead, and I think I ended up putting a curse on myself. I JUST WANT TO FUCKING SLEEP.

Rehomed Tyson but never liked his name, really. He came with it. He was nearly 3 and we couldn't think of an actual replacement. I've decided him going to finally rename him "get-your-face-out-of-that-rubbish-bin!" since I have to say that to him 147 times a day. It suits him 馃槖

1 hour of sleep last night, then about 2 hours of broken sleep early this evening, and now it's 5am and I can't sleep again. I feel like this man in that film about that club that we can't talk about (because it's the rules, sssh)

DAY 20 - SLEEPY HOLLOW (1999) Oof. Haven't watched this in ages! I have loved this film since I was a kid. I think Tim Burton was the perfect person to direct this gothic tale. I just absolutely love the costumes, the set and of course that Hammer Horror bright red blood.

Mark is out tonight & he left the attic door open earlier. My irrational fear of being dragged up by Kayako from The Grudge, like she does to Yoko & then rips her jaw off is making me RUN past to get to the bathroom. I've never trusted open attics since I watched it as a kid 馃槀
