If you’re a Roblox developer looking to promote your project, be careful when working with so-called “marketing agencies” on Discord such as Lux25.
Many of these groups rely on freelance users or “Content Creator Collectors” whose main job is farming server invites rather than actually marketing your game.
They’ll pull creators and random members from large Roblox communities, especially popular anime games, regardless of whether they fit your target audience. A lot of these “creator hubs” are filled with low-reach channels and members who have little genuine interest in your project.
The result is inflated Discord numbers with very little actual reach, engagement, or player conversion.
Some will also ignore campaign requirements, then pressure developers with threats of blacklisting or negative posts across other creator hubs if they refuse to pay for poor-quality work.
