Recently I tried to build a bot for Polymarket. Here's what happened⤵️
We made 52 versions of the bot. Sleeping 3-4 hours a day. The bot worked perfectly on backtests. BUT 80% OF TRADES WENT INTO THE MINUS.
We bought a server in Ireland (3x lower ping). Optimized every millisecond.
