Stormkit v2026.10.14.2 is out: 🔑 Read-only API keys: hand a dashboard, CI job or AI agent a key that can read apps and deployments but change nothing 📋 API key creation and removal now show up in the audit log Cloud + self-hosted. github.com/stormkit-io/storm…

Made a demo for @beatable_co: one sentence in, a full validation report out. An agent recorded it, cut it, and wrote the narration with Corgy. I reviewed it and tweaked a line. Here's the output: corgy.ai/v/beatable-idea-to-…

Static site, but one page needs to be dynamic? Stormkit now has data loaders. One rewrite rule fetches JSON from your API on each request and renders it into a static HTML template. Real titles, OG tags and 404s. No SSR, no serverless functions. 1-min demo 👇 youtu.be/FbcJjRQAzo4

Obviously hosted on Stormkit 😎
Introducing Corgy: product demos without the screen recorder. You describe the demo. Corgy drives your own browser, records the run, and turns it into a narrated video. No retakes, no stray notifications, no cursor wandering off. Watch it work 👇 youtu.be/YsMBhEOLa3Q

Every push to our monorepo rebuilt three applications. Two of them had nothing to do with the change. Corgy runs on Stormkit as three separate apps from one repository - a Go API, the web app, and the landing page. Each builds from its own directory. But a webhook doesn't know that, so a one-line copy fix on the landing page also rebuilt the API. Three builds, three queue slots, two of them pure waste. So we shipped build root filtering. Turn it on and each app only deploys when a push actually touches its directory. Shared packages are handled too, name them as watch paths and the apps that depend on them still rebuild when they change. In the video: We add a README to the landing directory and merge it. The landing page rebuilds. The API and the app don't move. It's off by default, so nothing changes for existing environments until you enable it. youtu.be/Lkp5FfO-8a4 PS: Thanks @robertocommit for contributing to this feature 🙏

Until this week, publishing was an instant pointer flip. For a static site, or an app with few dependencies, that's a blink and it worked well. For an app with a real boot sequence, it's seconds of a broken site, right after you deployed, which is exactly when you're watching. Now Stormkit starts the new deployment first and asks it for a page. Only once it answers does traffic move. Until then your previous deployment keeps serving. The part I like most: a build that compiles but can't start no longer takes your site down. It just doesn't get published, and the old one stays up. Available now on Stormkit Cloud and self hosted. stormkit.io

Your docs now speak markdown. Any site you host on Stormkit can serve text/markdown to AI agents and plain HTML to browsers — same URL, decided by the Accept header. No /llms.txt to maintain, no duplicate URLs. Ship page.md next to your page, flip one toggle.

You can now give your AI agent an SSH key and it'll set up Stormkit for you, without you ever touching the server. The agent runs the whole instance over MCP from there. Self-hosted. No lock-in. Agent-native. stormkit.io

🔐 New feature: Stormkit Auth. Adding sign-in to your app usually means wiring up a provider, managing sessions, and babysitting redirect URLs. Now it's a tab. Turn on email & password, magic links, or Google / X (Twitter) OAuth — no SDK, nothing to install in your app. Stormkit serves the auth endpoints from your own hosting domain and issues a signed session token on success. Every authenticated request gets X-User-Id and X-User-Email forwarded to your backend — stripped from incoming requests first, so they can't be spoofed. Sessions are JWTs with a configurable TTL (30min, 7d, 1y…) and a refresh endpoint. Currently available on self-hosted Stormkit. Configure it under Environment → Authentication. stormkit.io/docs/features/au…

🚀 New feature: Priority Deployments. Got a hotfix queued behind 3 routine builds? Hit "Run next" and jump the queue, nothing gets cancelled. You can also set a regex pattern per environment. Any auto-deploy matching that pattern in the commit message gets prioritized. Available via UI, public API, and MCP tool. stormkit.io/docs/deployments…

Stormkit self-hosted now ships with ARM64 support! 🎉 Run it on any ARM64 machine. Docker picks the right image for your platform. No extra config needed. ARM machines offer better price-to-performance ratios and lower energy consumption, making them an increasingly popular.
